The best thing about the hotel is the free parking. The room is very clean, the hot water is particularly abundant, the water pressure is very strong, and the bath is very comfortable. Llamamos para hacer una consulta antes de entrar y nos quedamos con ganas de cancelar la reserva. El recepcionista nos respondió mal, nos colgó el teléfono por no tener buena cobertura y preguntar literalmente 3 veces si se nos escuchaba. Volvimos a llamar y nos respondió fatal, una verguenza.

The hotel is a bus ride away from the city center, so it’s very convenient when you need free parking in the city. Our bedroom had a roof leak but the room was comfortable.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Chambre parfaitement propre, linge également, détails salle de bain parfaits, parking gratuit très pratique, proche du quartier Gros :10mns à pieds, personnel très agréable!

Very modern hotel, perfect location although not in the centre of San Sebastian was easy to get around and everything, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big with all the amenities, great large bed, refrigerator and nice bathroom. Free parking so you don’t need to use your car, walking distance (25/30 min) to old town and “la calle Fermín Calbetón or calle de pintxos”. Also bus stop almost in front of the hotel and you can take Bus 13 to old town (1.85 €)

Hôtel très bien situé à 15 min à pied du centre ville. Un arrêt de bus à 1min à pied.. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et correct pour débuter la journée. Le personnel est à l'écoute..

Very clean and very comfortable beds. Shower head holder was broken so had to hold it while showering which was difficult. Otherwise a great stay
