The hotel on the top of the mountain overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the sunset. The room is clean and tidy.

The hotel is located in the middle of San Sebastian, far away from the city center. Unless you are traveling by car, don't stay here because the transportation is inconvenient. But the hotel is quiet and beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable, like a classic manor.

For the weekend maybe a quiet place to rest. But otherwise rather unsuitable for sightseeing. Reception distanced unfriendly. 4 stars too much. Old house. Breakfast very unusual. As in a coffee you order pastries tea etc.

Par où commencer… À peine arrivée dans la chambre la douche n’étais pas rincée il y’avait du pipi et du papier toilette dans les toilettes, les draps des lits sont déchirés, les murs aussi fin que du papier de verre, et cerise sur le gâteau il n’y avait plus d’eau le lendemain matin dans tout l’hôtel… Pour parler du restaurant… lui n’est pas un quatre étoiles, la salade de poulet sans poulet, des patatas bravas se sont des potatoes surgelées avec du ketchup et les frites du burger sont des cure dents quelle honte. Payer 200€ +16€ pour le chien pour ça!!! À FUIR

Nice couple of days in San Sebastián. The hotel is on top of the hill overlooking the ocean and the bay. It’s quiet and has free parking but only takes 5 min to the beach below.

Hotel located at the top of a mountain. Beautiful view, beautiful site. However, the restaurant does not offer many choices for dinner. You have to go back down to San Sebastián in about 15 minutes. The staff at the reception are rather lukewarm in their welcome although helpful.

Although our stay was in September, the weather was good with temperatures of 30ºC and the hotel displayed the swimming pool on its website, it was closed! The hotel is on the mountain about 6km from the city and without transport. We intended to have dinner every day at the hotel, because we were 2 couples over 65 years old and the access road to the city is poorly lit, has many curves and was under construction. Although there was a large dining room with many tables and chairs, we were unable to use them. We could only eat outside, which on 2 of the days was not viable, due to the wind, humidity and low temperatures. The employees flatly refused, rudely and impolitely, for us to eat inside. We were told that the tables were reserved, which was not true, because they were always unoccupied. We tried to speak to the hotel manager at reception, but apparently he wasn't there. It was a bad experience! We do not recommend!
