The hotel is fine in terms of location and services, it just needs to have more parking spaces (it only has 7 according to reception) to offer to clients since the entire area and surroundings are paid blue, green or red zones and there are no free parking areas. Therefore, you have to pay to leave the car in the street, preferable to pay, but in a controlled and guarded parking lot.
As for the free buffet breakfast, it is not very varied, also the coffee is from an automatic machine and leaves much to be desired.

Muy buena atención tanto en recepción como cafetería, camas muy cómodas y buena limpieza y excelente situación frente al Monte igeldo y playa de Ondarreta, y en cuanto a los desayunos variedad correcta para un 3 estrellas, aconsejable para repetir

El hotel me encantó mucho está en muy buena zona cerca de la playa Ondarreta. El recepcionista muy amable. Hemos cogido una habitación pequeña que era muy acogedora y limpia, para pasar une noche en la pareja está muy bien. Para volver a repetir.

Un hotel con un personal muy amable, y con la mejor cama que he dormido que sea de hotel, muy cómoda y las almohadas igual. A mejorar igual mas variedad en el desayuno pero estaba bien. La ubicación cerca de la playa de Ondarreta. La limpieza de la habitación muy bien.

Me aloje en Sercotel Codina 4 días en semana santa con la familia, situado a 2 minutos de la playa de ondarreta y 5 de la concha , y 15 minutos de la parte vieja paseando pero hay autobuses pegado al hotel si se quiere. El trato en recepción fue espléndido en todo momento, amabilidad, simpatía, dando información de los sitios de interés. La habitación grande y espaciosa con unas preciosas vistas, camas muy cómodas, TV grande, cafetera, hervidor de agua, El desayuno muy rico todo con variedad y muy bien atendido. El hotel en general se ve bien mantenido y limpio pero sin duda lo mejor es el personal, gracias a todos el equipo por vuestro excelente trabajo, así da gusto viajar. Sin duda lo recomendaré, volveré a esa maravillosa ciudad y en este hotel.
