The room was perfect, the bed very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and very clean. The receptionists were very friendly at all times, and were very attentive to everything we needed, they offered us “snacks” and drinks during our stay. The coffee maker they have at the entrance was essential for our breakfasts. The location was perfect. We would definitely return!

I stayed 5 nights for work and I couldn't choose a better hotel, it has an area where you can work comfortably and they offer you free coffee. The reception staff are charming, both Sara and Xabier recommended the best restaurants and let me know that Los Caldereros was being celebrated in the city that weekend, it was spectacular to be able to experience it in person through the streets of Lo Viejo. I really want to return to La Bella Easo and stay again at Uma Suites Ondarreta.

Very good stay, everything clean and the staff very nice. It is in a quiet neighborhood and at the same time very close to the city center on foot and with very well connected public transport. The bed is comfortable and the room is very bright and quiet.
