Questo hotel è situato proprio davanti alla “ Concha” cioè a quella splendida spiaggia a forma di mezzaluna bagnata dall’Atlantico. Vale la pena di pagare un modesto sovrapprezzo per godere di una stanza che si affaccia con una vetrata a tutta parete sulla passeggiata e sulla spiaggia. Vedrete dalla camera l’alba e la luna nonché il risveglio della operosa e pulitissima città La camera è ampia, modernissima, il bagno dotato persino di servizi igienici “ alla giapponese”. La sera potrete gustare un aperitivo al bar dell’hotel davanti all’oceano ed anche la cena nel ristorante che è ottimo per qualità, servizio e varietà. Unico piccolo neo di questa struttura è la colazione che è scarsa per qualità e quantità. Straconsigliato in ogni caso.

We’ve been fortunate enough to stay in fine hotels all over Europe, and this hotel is simply excellent and has it all. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Let’s start with the location: facing beautiful Concha beach, rooms have incredible views. The rooms are incredibly well appointed and comfortable: fantastic bed, pillows and linens. Reading lamps, high ceilings, a few extra comfortable chairs, high tech climate control and automatic window shades, an elevator actually big enough to hold more than 2 people and their luggage. Great and plentiful full breakfast included In your stay, you won’t leave hungry. And lastly, helpful and friendly staff. This hotel has it all, and we can’t wait to come back. Others hotels should use this one as their model for perfection.

I can truly recommend this hotel for a trip to San Sebastian. We put down a lot of effort in choosing hotel for our weekend trip and this was just perfect for us. It is walking distance to everything and located by the beautiful beach. I dont think there is a better located hotel for a weekend trip. Its also absolutely beautifully decorated and the rooms are large with very comfortable beds. We picked the cheaper option with the street view. But that was not too bad, the street is quiet and then you can spend your money in the bar as the hotel has a very nice terrace by the beach. A good selection for breakfast is included and you can choose to have it in the bar/terrace of in your room. We had wonderful weather and you can borrow towels and even some deck chairs and go straight out to the beach. The hotel is small with around 20 rooms so book in time. Lovely staff as well.

Tolle Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick aufs Meer. Sensationelles Frühstück. Extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sterne-Restaurant unter dem Hotel. Abends kann man auf der schönen Terrasse sitzen und sich von der Bar einen Cocktail servieren lassen.

Desde que entras en el hotel te hacen sentir como en casa , siempre que voy a san Sebastián me alojo en Villa Favorita por las vistas a la Concha, tengo que destacar el trato que ofrece el personal , sobretodo el recepcionista Juan Carlos , quien me asesoró muy bien en restaurantes de la ciudad y me gestionó las reservas . Pronto volveré !!

L’hôtel est bien placé, confortable, décoré avec goût. L’ensemble manque malheureusement de charme et le service n’est pas à la hauteur bien que le staff soit de bonne volonté.
Nous dînions au bar de l’hôtel (restaurant fermé) le soir du 31 décembre: cuisine fermée à 22h45, musique éteinte à 23h… quel manque de considération pour les clients! Notre séjour a été décevant.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Perfect location, lovely room, and ever helpful staff who seemed genuinely interested in making sure guests enjoyed their stay. Well worth the money and would love to visit again some time if we are lucky.
