The room is nice, the location is average, suitable for self-driving tours. The service is very bad. I forgot something at the hotel and asked them to help mail it and pay for it myself. The hotel actually said that there is no such service and asked me to go back to the hotel to get it. Speechless

The room was well maintained and stylish. Superb shower and great bathroom in general. Breakfast was superb. We didn't eat dinner here so can't comment on that but we really enjoyed our stay in general and the location is excellent for walking to the beaches and the old town, once you know about the lifts down to Easo Kalea

We always choose the Catalonia hotel chain whenever we can, and it never disappoints. Our recent stay at Hotel Catalonia Donosti was no exception. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, living up to the high standards we've come to expect. The exceptional service we received, especially from Itxaso and Olatz at reception, deserves special mention. Despite our early arrival, they promptly provided us with early parking access and arranged a ready room for us since our reserved one wasn't available yet. The hotel's location is stunning, perched atop a hill with breathtaking views. The convenient elevator access to the lower street is a great feature. Although we forgot to inquire, it appears the hotel might have repurposed an old chapel or ecclesiastic accommodation, adding to its unique charm. Overall, Hotel Catalonia Donosti is well worth a visit. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable.

Séjour en amoureux dans ce superbe hotel de San Sebastian. La chambre était très bien décorrée et confortable. La localisation est parfaite et le personnel très accueillant (ils parlent bien Français).
Nous avons prit l'option SPA qui était TOP !
