We enjoyed a 2 night stay at this fabulous hotel, which is ideally located very near to the old town, (a 20 min walk) the centre and nearby Gros. Communication with the hotel prior to booking was excellent, and the staff were only too happy to assist with any queries. In fact, you could not wish for more amiable staff both on reception and in the bar and restaurant. A big shout to Aitana on reception who greeted us on arrival and was only too happy to help by providing us with information about the area and places to visit and suggestions for nearby restaurants. She was very helpful throughout our stay and a credit to the hotel ! Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel had a modern, fresh feel about it. Alll nicely presented. I was able to use the EV charger in the car park for a small fee, which was a bonus for us. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent, so well worth booking a table, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby too. We had a lovely stay at Hotel Bidaia and would certainly return again. Highly recommended!

Whilst we didn’t stay here, we ate at the restaurant as our nearby hotel lacked full dining facilities. We found the quality of our meals was outstanding, the pricing for both food and wine more than reasonable and the service couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed here for two nights in March during our holiday to San Sebastian/Donostia and Bilbao. What a great place! Conveniently located (about a 20 minute walk from the bus station-- a really beautiful walk along the bay!) in the newer Gros neighborhood, close enough to lively bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and the Old City but far enough way for a quiet, deep sleep. Lovely room as well. But by far our favorite part about this hotel was the hospitality-- the staff went above and beyond each day, giving us recommendations and directions, ordering us cabs, and generally contributing to a very pleasant stay. The rooms were cleaned incredibly well and always smelled wonderful when we returned. A special shoutout to Telmo, an absolute gem, who is both friendly and very knowledgable. Would stay enough night if we could! Highly recommend this place.

매우 청결하고 친절한 3성급 호텔로서 올드타운까지 걸어서 20분정도 걸리며 가까운 10분거리에 미쉘린 식당이 있음.
겨울엔 룸이 좀 추워서 heating을 켜도 온도가 거의 올라가지 않는게 난점.. 아마 이 지역의 히팅시스템이 거의 같을 것 같다..
조식은 메뉴 카드로 주문하는데 아주 훌륭하고 종류도 다양하고 스페인의 조식을 맛 볼 수 있었고 아주 맛있다 모두 주문해도 상관없다~~~ 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이다..

Hotel con encanto, agradable y tranquilo. Aparcamiento dentro del recinto. Muy bien comunicado con los lugares de interés, paradas autobuses cercanas. A 20 minutos de la playas dando un paseo. Nuevo y con clase.Colchones y almohadas de calidad.Habitacions amplias y cómodas. Limpieza superior. Personal atento y educado . Buenisima experiencia. Me llamó mucho la atención que los armarios tienen baldas y perchas vistas, sin puertas ni laterales.

RESTAURANT Réveillon de noël Bon et frais, mais vraiment service trop rapide ! Nous avions l’impression d’être surveillé, dès que l’assiette était vide, elle était d’office remplacée par une autre ! Si nous n’avions pas ralenti un peu les 7 plats auraient été servis en 45mn 😂🤣 la déco plutôt neutre et terne. Pour un repas de réveillon, c’était bon, copieux et nous avons passé un bon moment, et bien ris avec cette rapidité qui nous demandait d’être inventifs pour ralentir le service. Le restaurant doit être bien en dehors du réveillon. 😉

Marco is the most welcoming at this adorable boutique hotel. A little pricy but worth it. The beach is walking distance and the water is warm in the summer and the waves are moderate. Perfect for young kids. San Sebastián is beautiful
