We stayed at apar**ent room, right next to the mail hotel complex. It was one bedroom suite with kitchen. Well equipped but the building itself was very old. Convenient to central and old town and everything is within the walking distance. Recommend to family who needs space and like to feel at home.

I stayed at the Sercotel Hotel in Barcelona last year, so I chose the Sercotel Hotel in San Sebastian this time. The location was very convenient as it was within walking distance from the San Sebastian bus terminal, and it was also convenient for sightseeing and about a 10 minute walk to the old town. (Concha Bay is also nearby! Perfect for getting up early in the morning and walking.) It's quiet because it doesn't face the main road. The hotel is an old building, so it can't be helped, but the sound of doors opening and footsteps from the next room could be heard quite a bit. Also, the floor was tilted (lol) The room itself was clean and comfortable. There was no free bottled water or amenities (toothbrushes, gowns, brushes, slippers, etc.). The hot water and water pressure in the shower were good. The bathtub was filled with hot water quickly. I didn't eat breakfast, but it seemed like you could eat it on the same day for around 14€. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again when I come to San Sebastian again.

Eu e meu marido ficamos hospedados por 2 noites e adoramos a localização do hotel, muito próximo da linda praia e do agitado centro histórico. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável, ótimo banheiro, com ducha , duas pias, também espaçoso, quarto com varanda e vista pra cidade. As portas da varanda vedavam bem o barulho de fora. O café da manhã era variado e gostoso.

Buen servicio en las habitaciones. Habitaciòn cómoda. Áreas sociales amplias y còmodas. Menú variado. Excelente ubicaciòn, a unos 100 mts de la Playa de la Concha y cerca a pie se puede uno desplazar a la mayoría de lugares de interés de la ciudad. Y si quieres tomar bus o taxi está cerca la parada. El personal de la recepciòn muy bien informado, amable y eficiente.

The room smelled like an ashtray and the people in the reception totally ignored our complaints. The reception staff were saying that they would try help but didn’t do anything to support during our entire stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone - hands down my worst hotel experience.

春だというのに予報が外れて来てみたらこちらは真冬、皆んなダウン着て歩いている。「エアコンが効かない」と言ったら「今はもう春なので」と言われましたが凍えて帰ってくると部屋にデロンギタイプの暖房器が‼️お陰でとても心地良く過ごせました。朝食メニューが毎日同じなのとサラダ類がなかったのが残念でしたが臨機応変な対応は星5つ付けます。ビルバオのカールトンは何も対応してくれなかったのでその対比で有り難さが身に沁みました。バスタブ付きのお部屋で湯量も十分。外出するときに使ったバスは皆んなこの前を通るくらい地の利が良い。本当に心遣いに感謝しきれません。有り難うございました！あ

La cama muy pequeña para dos personas y estaba como floja las patas. Esto sería lo único que cambiaría ya que la habitación siempre estaba limpia así como el baño con todo lo necesario. Excelente ubicación ya que está a unas cuadras del casco viejo

I stayed at the Sercotel Europa San Sebastián for a few nights in late May/early June last year (2023). The apar**ent I stayed in was simply wonderful - sparkling clean, spacious, great view of a historic building out the window, and a few minutes walk to San Sebastian's stunning iconic La Concha beach. The hotel staff were warm, friendly and helpful from the get-go. They were more than happy to provide more supplies when needed e.g. laundry powder. When I accidentally left behind my favourite pair of earrings in the hotel room, the Sercotel Europa San Sebastian staff went above and beyond to ensure I got these earrings sent back to me in my hometown of Australia. I was so appreciative of this very kind gesture. I wholeheartedly recommend the Sercotel Europa San Sebastian hotel to anybody going to the gorgeous town of San Sebastian in Spain. I cannot wait to come back here and book myself into this fabulous hotel again someday!
