Hotel Tres Reyes San Sebastian

Very good, very good

It was a very clean and relaxing hotel! It's in a very convenient location for transportation to Sociedad's training ground, stadium, and the city. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

It was only 4 bus stops from Rena Rena and just a few minutes walk from the station, so it was very easy to get around! The room was clean and of course there was nothing to complain about.

We spent the weekend and were so comfortable that I would repeat it a thousand times. We loved it. There is a bus stop super close to get you to the center. Super recommended.

Accueil à la réception formidable! Chambres neuves, de qualité, avec du rangement. Literie impeccable. Nous étions au 2eme étage avec vue sur la forêt, très apaisant, c’est le principal atout de cet hôtel avec aussi ses magnifiques salles de bain en zellige! Il est vrai que le cadre extérieur et éloigné de la ville est un peu surprenant au départ (zone hospitalière) mais l’intérieur de l’hôtel vous le fait oublier et les extérieurs sont très verdoyants. Cafétéria splendide et cocooning par temps de pluie, pour prendre un verre et manger des pinxos, prendre un thé et des viennoiseries. Autre atout qui fait oublier la localisation : 1/ bus (28) à 2 minutes à pied qui amène rapidement à la vieille ville. Fréquence toutes les 6 minutes. Nous avons laissé la voiture sur le parking extérieur (gratuit juste devant l’hôtel) et n’avons utilisé que le bus (jusque 23h à peu près) ou le taxi si c’était très tard. 2/ Nous avons fait aussi un superbe Spa et des massages dans un autre hôtel situé à 5min en voiture de celui ci! Je recommande pour le rapport qualité prix dans le coin.

An option in Donosti if you are looking to be secluded and without noise like me. For me it is suitable for work breaks, on vacation I would not take it because there are options closer to the center to walk. Correct staff and clean and spacious rooms PROS: quiet area and easy parking. CONS: distance from the center and no services nearby. What would improve: I asked without reciprocating the favor of canceling the second night due to a change in my schedule, I asked for it as a courtesy, there was none. (nothing happens, it's the rules). Being so purists with the two-point rules. They charged me in room SERVICE without waiting to finish the stay and knowing if I would consume more, which forces me to request invoices for separate charges (it had never happened to me) it is not important either. I left do not disturb on, because I don't need them to make my room, I usually leave a key on and heating to my liking for when I return, when I came back they had entered and removed the key, if you come in (which you shouldn't) make the room and if not Do not touch anything . Something strange, I said it at reception but like someone who hears it rain, no apologies.
