parking could be an issue during the day, in the morning, because of their proximity to a hospital 🏥. Afternoon onwards, it is fairly easy to find a free spot though. Some rooms don't provide a fridge! No issues with internet connectivity.

It was a very clean and relaxing hotel! It's in a very convenient location for transportation to Sociedad's training ground, stadium, and the city. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

It was only 4 bus stops from Rena Rena and just a few minutes walk from the station, so it was very easy to get around! The room was clean and of course there was nothing to complain about.

We spent the weekend and were so comfortable that I would repeat it a thousand times. We loved it. There is a bus stop super close to get you to the center. Super recommended.

Superb Hotel in suburb close to big hospital, you can park your car free of charge outside (if you find one). Rooms are luxury in all senses, recommend place in San Sebastian! Breakfast (officially 20€/Person) was disappointing. Not even a spanish Flute for tostada tomate only white toast.

The hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at. It is spotless, the staff is very friendly. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and there is parking available onsite so it’s very convenient.

This hotel delivers and at an amazing affordable price. Great venue. Great staff. Beautiful rooms. Great food. I cannot fault it at all. Location superb and underground secure parking and absolute bonus. I have stayed here twice before and will definitely stay again!

The staff are great, the hotel spotless, great parking, great breakfast, a wonderful experience. The restaurant is good and the bar comfortable, very interesting decor we will return, San Sebastian is a few minutes away.

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting San Sébastien. We had a car so we choose to stay somewhere with parking. There is lots of free street parking especially after 5 as I suspect people working at try near your hospital park during the day. The hotel is nice, out of town but with a bus every 7 minutes taking 15 mins to thé centre. Thé bus stop is 5 mins from hotel. It is beside the hospital and in a residential area so there is nothing else nearby. Thé breakfast has a good choice and was fine, we are there one evening and the food was good. The pool is small so only good for a quick dip. Overall we would consider other options if visiting again but parking is a issue in San Sébastien so would need to look at your options if you have a car.

We booked a Premium Room directly on the hotel’s website (it’s cheaper than comparison websites) and stayed for 1 night. The rate of accommodation in this city is unbelievably expensive, and for close to €200 that we paid, we only got a room, with NO breakfast and NO parking. If we want to park at the private parking lot behind the hotel, we would have to pay another €15 per night, according to the hotel’s website. We were glad we did not, because we were able to find a parking space at the side of the road (plenty of them, depending on the time of the day) outside the hotel. Location of the hotel is outside the busy city, but easily accessible by Bus #28, which stops very regularly at a bus stand not far from the hotel. We will certainly recommend taking the bus and leaving your car, because parking is difficult to find in the city (and may cost you more!) The décor of the hotel’s common area is very elegant. The staff who checked us in were very efficient and knowledgeable about the events happening in the city during the busiest day of the year (we arrived on 15 August – the Virgin’s Day). Our Premium Room is spacious and clean, the décor is simple and modern. All amenities worked well. There’s a kettle, mini fridge, and complimentary coffee and tea. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean, the hot shower functioned well, and basic toiletries were provided for. We enjoyed our 1-night stay at the hotel, despite its location being outside the city. The bus is so very convenient to take.

Lovely hotel, perfect for getting in and out of San Sebastián as bus stop outside which runs regular service. Bus 28. Bedrooms spotless, lovely and clean, staff were great, the hotel would not disappoint, not sure where the earlier reviews were from but our experience was great and would definitely stay again.

Great staff! Handled our issue with the room perfectly! Really stylish design, easy to get to city center by bus.
