Everything was good, but I wasn't happy because of the weather. It rained on and off for three days. Especially when I tried to go out, it rained, so I wondered if I was out of luck. The hotel has good facilities and cleanliness, and the staff is friendly, but it is quite far from Concha Beach. If it rains or is too hot, it might be a bit difficult. Plus, it's difficult to catch a taxi.

Très très bon emplacement, moderne, belle décoration, propre et accueil chaleureux du personnel. Free minibar appréciable rechargé tous les jours. En revanche, litterie moyennasse, fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure sombre exiguë et sale donc aucune luminosité dans la chambre. Pas de mouchoirs, aucun produit personnal care dans la salle de bain, climatisation non fonctionnelle (peut-être verrouillée par l'établissement), et problèmes d'insonorisation. Au final un rapport qualité/prix très décevant. Plus de 300 euros la nuit sur ce week-end du mois de Mai.

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was pleasant; extremely clean and well fitted out with luxury linens. The complementary champagne and coffee was a bonus. Great position in Gros enabling short walks to the seaside; cafes and the old town.

This is my goto hotel when in SS. It’s location in the Gross neighborhood. Makes it very convenient to hit all of the great places to eat in this neighborhood. It is also very close to the beach, which makes it very convenient for someone who likes to lay out in the sun. The best thing, though, are the people who work at the hotel. They definitely demonstrate that they are happy working there, and this translates to excellent customer service. One last tip, if you stay at this hotel, hit the bar right in front of the hotel called Desy, and order the chuleta hamburger, and the pint o de bocadillo con antxoa. You will not regret it!
