Very nice and cozy hotel to enjoy San Sebastián. Near the city in a very nice neighborhood, totally recommended

A very new & clean hotel. Need to take a bus ride to old town via bus or cab.  Journey is abt 15-20mins.  Breakfast at the hotel was decent. Bed was comfy but not the sofa bed, which can feel the metal frame when my kid sleep on it. Relatively value for $ if don’t mind the bus journey. No amenities around the hotel. Good for people who drives as there is free parking available.

Exceeded my expectations! Beautiful, luxurious and functional. Staff friendly and fancy gym. Nice pool too!

In a quiet neighborhood but Bus stop right outside every 15 mins to city but cut off time is 10 pm. All good though for us ! Free parking like all other reviews said, which is very convenient. Nice hotel with good bar and restaurant, I had a good stay! Love it

Very good interior design, the room is very comfortable. There was no hairdryer in my room but you can get one from the reception. Coffee (around 3 euro) is good but gin n tonic is 9 euro (very expensive).

The location is 15 minutes away from the old town by bus. The rooms are new and comfortable

Wonderful hotel. Excellent interior, lighting in the room. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool and excellent breakfast!

The room is very good, and basically meets the hygiene standards. The breakfast is very good. The waiters are very nice. It's just that the location is a bit remote, but the city is not big, so it's good. Recommended.

The room is too small and the breakfast is average. The hotel facilities are very good and new, but the room is simple compared to the hotel's public facilities. The price is relatively the best choice

The hotel is very good. Well maintained and clean, with good parking. It is a bit far from the beach but there are buses and if not, a short walk away. Definitely worth going back if the opportunity arises.

The soundproofing is poor. I was woken up by knocking on the wall next door or upstairs in the middle of the night. It felt like the room would creak if there was any noise elsewhere. The waiter did not knock on the door when changing the linens. I was startled twice by the door opening suddenly before and after breakfast.

It is a very new hotel with very simple facilities! The service is OK, but the room is too small, and the suitcase can hardly be opened! There was also a small incident. I had already paid on Ctrip, and the hotel deducted more than 480 euros about 2 hours after checking out, which greatly affected my mood that day! Fortunately, Ctrip's service is good and solved the problem in time!
