Abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni in questo villaggio stupendo. Cosa dire la struttura è curata e suggestiva, immersa nel verde e a due passi dal mare, dotata di tutti i comfort. La stanza pulita tutti i giorni con personale sempre disponibile e cortese, preciso che oltre ad una bambina di 2 anni avevamo con noi il nostro cagnolino quindi le signore hanno sempre pulito la stanza in base all orario per noi più comodo. il direttore e le ragazze alla reception ci hanno accolto dal check in al check out sempre con professionalità e disponibilità. I ragazzi del bar super carini e competenti ci hanno sempr2 accolto con sorrisi come in un ambiente familiare cosi come i camerieri in sala tutti preparati ed educati. Cibo variegato e di livello superiore a qualsiasi buffet di un 4 stelle, avevamo la formula pensione completa. La piscina e le due spiaggie alle quali si può accedere dalla struttura super attrezzate e ben tenute con presenza fissa di bagnini anche loro molto educati. I ragazzi dell animazione sempre presenti ma discreti hanno allietato la babydance della nostra bambina e ci hanno regalato tutte le sere dei momenti di leggerezza e spensieratezza.Abbiamo anche fatto un escursione organizzata dalla ragazza del Th in gommone all Isola di Tavolara che consigliamo vivamente.Insomma è la seconda volta che trascorriamo le nostre vacanze in un Th e questa volta è stata perfino superiore della prima. Forse ho dimemticato qualcosa o qualcuno ma posso solo consigliare questa struttura a chi ha voglia di passare dei giorni di vacanza da ricordare con piacere. Saremo rimasti volentieri ancora. We booked with Jet2. We had a very warm welcome from them at the airport. We had our transfer to the hotel which only took an hour. When we arrived there were some people at the reception to welcome us and after checking in, one of them showed us to our rooms. My friend and I had separate rooms and I was very impressed with the accommodation. Very big inside and cool. The reception and pool was not too far away. The staff were very friendly and kind. This includes Martina, Leonardo, Giuseppe, Giulia, Chiara, Gerry and Sara in reception. We arrived on the first day of opening and it was very quiet. It soon got busy later in the week with entertainment, aqua aerobics and exercises by the sea. Giulia was a great singer and entertained in the evening. Chiara was great doing gentle exercises by the sea which was very therapeutic. The village was about a 15 minute walk but once you got there, there were lots of shops to look at. We especially liked the gelato shop called BM&V. It was delicious. There is also a market on Friday mornings which is well worth a visit. There is a lovely beach within walking distance called Spiaggio Isuledda which has umbrellas and beds for hire and the beach hut does amazing sandwiches and hot food. Back at the hotel/village the pool area is lovely and clean. Remember to bring a swim hat or you can buy one there. The pool is a little cold but once you get in you warm up. The bar by the pool is stocked up with everything you need and they do great cocktails. The restaurant has a buffet service and I found there to be quite a good selection and every day it has a different choice. We were very happy with it overall. The only downside I did have was I slipped in the shower and bruised my back, so be careful as I found it very slippery. It could have been worse. I would definitely recommend this place to friends 😊

Bellissima struttura a pochi passi dal mare, arredamenti interni anni 70, due brandine come letto con neppure i copriletti uguali, tende che mostrano tutti gli anni che hanno! La cosa imbarazzante è che ci chiedono di pagare la tessera club, ma i servizi sono inesistenti. Sappiamo dell’esistenza degli animatori perché ogni giorno a pranzo e’ riservato per loro il tavolo centrale della sala, come per la “Direzione”, che qui probabilmente ha come unico obbiettivo il pranzo visto che si riserva il tavolo migliore della sala. Davvero imbarazzante che ci abbiano negato la possibilità del late check out con il Villaggio praticamente vuoto!!!! Naturalmente noi avevamo chiesto di pagare per il late check out!!!!!! Lasciano una gentilissima signorina a giustificarsi con il clienti, mentre il responsabile si nasconde nell’ufficio dietro testa bassa Th rivedere l’organizzazione, la struttura ha una grande potenzialità, ma i clienti non si accontentano solo di questo!

I had an wonderful stay at the Eldi village traveling with Jet2. The location was fantastic, stunning views with the beach very close by, our accomodation was very comfortable too. We were on a half board package, the variety of food was amazing and the waiting staff and chefs were great , always greeting you with a smile. We especially enjoyed the entertainment and this very much made our holiday. I would like to give a special mention to the evening singing from Giulia (Carra) ,with her incredible voice , what a wonderful talent she is. Also a mention for Chiara who gaves us beautiful stretch classes on the beach. Thank you to Jerry and his entertainment team and all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. My experience with Jet2 was faultless , and the staff greeting us at Olbia airport was commendable. I'll will definitely be traveling with Jet2 in the future.

I spent a week with my two children at the end of July and we had a very good time; very nice and well-kept village surrounded by greenery; the rooms are very clean and fresh despite it being very hot; variety of food both at breakfast and dinner and good; the entertainment guys are all fantastic, very nice and every evening we couldn't wait to watch the show in the theatre; a huge round of applause to Manuel, a high level artist. We will be back🤩

Bitter surprise the new restrictions of TH in this Sardinian village, Sardinian dinner and culinary traditions almost cancelled, free evening service removed for San Teodoro, level of cuisine just sufficient for a 4 star, Organization absolutely to be learned in everything from the sunbeds on the Isuledda beach, there are 36 with 18 umbrellas customers on average for 200 rooms 400! Put up the numbers, in catering you can't always fight for who gets there first, put up barriers like in Autogrill and service so that everyone can have what's on the menu, beautiful and dated rooms that need maintenance from bathrooms to sagging mattresses, soundproofing or tissue paper walls, zero privacy, non-existent change of sheets for 7 days, paid more than the previous year to have many fewer services. Sara and Riccardo at the reception were very knowledgeable in problem solving and courtesy. Very kind room staff. Pastry chef saves catering with his wonders. Pleasant and soft animation. The strong point is a wonderful sea and being in a place surrounded by nature, unfortunately left to the management of those who now have a group policy without taking care of the individual customer who might return! Great for foreign customers. Not a 4 star experience in Sardinia! Ps. If you arrive in Sardinia, traditions are important to show the customer the territory and the typical products, we didn't come here to have company or anything but for the wonderful sea, food and relaxation, not to listen to music or see ballets! Sardinian dinner I recommend going to a Sardinian pastry shop and perhaps having dinner with Sardinian music and why not wearing traditional clothes! Today the world wants to show and make traditions known!
