The manager of the western restaurant has a poor service attitude and yelled at the guests because the breakfast was by the pool so I wore a swimsuit and a mesh dress The manager shouted dresscode at me from a distance and my friend helped me back to the room immediately I told the front desk that I respected the dress code of the restaurant but as a guest manager this rude behavior made me feel uncomfortable. Obviously it was an open-air dining environment, so I couldn't go in while standing at the door. All in all, it was a poor service experience
The hotel facilities are general and the beach of the hotel is shared. If you don't have a car from the hotel, it will be very troublesome to go anywhere. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi. There is no follow-up feedback after the behavior.
This hotel is not in the city center. It takes about 40 minutes by car, but the hotel itself has no bright spots. It is not recommended for everyone to visit.

Gorgeous resort in perfect location for our last stop on our Sicily/Sardinia trip. Wish we were staying longer. Staff super friendly and attentive. Rooms first rate. Iconic view and crystal clear waters. Lovely huge pool. I am not a resort person but this is one I would return to. Beat the crowds but not the sunshine by traveling in May.

We stayed 7 nights and came for a family holdiday and the stay was excellent. The level of service and can do attitude separates this from many other hotels. Food was great, staff friendly and the setting is a italian dream.

The food is simple but delicious. Portions are small. They make excellent cocktails using locally made gin and syrups. The rooms are splendid. Get a room with a covered porch as they are quiet, clean and private. Some of the rooms have patios that are covered by oleanders bushes only. There are nice rooms but don’t provide much privacy from the walkways. The staff is courteous and prompt. We never had to wait more than a few minutes when requesting something to our room from the front desk. The private beach service was nice. They have a private bathroom and drinks. Drinks and food are expensive but the water is crystal clear and the views of Tavolara island are incredible. The sand is soft and everything is so clean. You must rent a car or stay at the resort without leaving. Ordering a taxi for a small drive will be €150+. There are other taxi services that you can find online that are cheaper though. The restaurant at the hotel is worth a visit but make sure to reserve in advance. Prepare for mosquitoes. You won’t have a problem most of the time but you should prepare if you eat after sunset at the hotel restaurant. I would definitely go back for the beach and the room.

Spacious rooms, trained and efficient staff always with a smile like Francesco from the front office. When you arrive at the beach you understand that paradise exists! It's difficult to take your eyes off that sea as blue as the sky... Paolo is there to welcome us on the beach, carefully handing us towels and accompanying us to the sunbeds. Always available for our every whim and always with a smile. I will definitely return and I hope that everything stays as it is, because I think doing better is impossible!
