This time it was a super large room with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, which was no problem for four adults to stay in. The decoration was stylish, and compared with the same brand hotel in Rome, Naples added breakfast. It was an experience that I would come back for more.

Superlative. Excellent location at the exit of the radial and very kind staff.

Broken air conditioning. Inability to rest. Inability to rest. A hotel - as they say - under renovation but below the best expectations. I hope that the management of the Best Western chain will redevelop the hotel and resolve the existing problems promptly

We have been using the services of this hotel around ten years, twice a year, and always having a smooth check in and check out, very good room cleanliness and services. The buffet breakfast and the morning hotel taxi service to CIS area included in the package, are the two top services of this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during a short holiday and we were delighted when we found it online as it was between Naples city and places like Salerno and amalfi. They advertise that they have shuttles going from the hotel to the airport, unfortunately by this they meant they would organise a taxi for you and this is where we experienced problems. We ended up having to get a 15 minute taxi from a nearby train station to the hotel which cost us €60. The taxi driver would not speak directly to us and told us we would have to book through the hotel. Trying to get anywhere was a nightmare as they told us the closest train station was far too long away to walk to and that we would have no choice but to get taxis. We were quoted €130 for a one way taxi to a neighbouring town. We decided to have a look online and found that that there was a train station 30 minutes walk away (s.vitaliano train station) where we could get a train to Nola and from there be able to get a train to almost anywhere. I was disappointed that the hotel had chosen not to mention this and couldn’t help but feel they were taking advantage of the fact we were unfamiliar with our surroundings to allow local taxis to charge us ridiculously high rates. I am not writing this review just to complain about the hotel but to advice any future guests that it is possible to get a train from close by to save them hassle and money. Besides this issue the hotel was nice. It was very clean and the cleaning staff that we ran into on our second day were absolutely lovely. The restaurant staff were also lovely. The staff at front of desk were helpful at times but also came across as cold and uninterested at other times. Overall, if we had been given the correct info in regards to travel I would have given the hotel a 4/5 but unfortunately that was not the case.

Excellent hotel, clean and functional, excellent food, dinner and lunch, excellent breakfast but above all excellent service. The staff who served breakfast, lunch and dinner were professional, good and pleasant. Thank you all.

I have been going for a long time because for me it is like feeling at home, very professional and kind staff, I would like to point out the room service Mr. Giuseppe who is uniquely kind and friendly, the rooms are always very clean and of a satisfactory size, even if you located about 35 km from the center of Naples I gladly do them because when I come back it's like I'm coming home

Excellent hotel in a strategic position to reach sites of industrial interest. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is well stocked and the staff very friendly. Definitely a great choice.

I feel welcomed like at home. Attentive and professional staff, exceptional breakfast, clean room with all comforts. Fast Internet. Excellent quality restaurant food cooked to perfection.

I would like to thank all the staff of the Hotel again for the welcome, attention, availability and friendliness that they give to customers every day, making their stay so comfortable, especially to: Sonia, Donato, Giuseppe (legendary!). I use it for work matters and I recommend it to everyone for its elegance, scent, cleanliness, attention to the customer (e.g. toothbrush, slippers, etc.) and above all for the position. I returned to the hotel a few km from the motorway, very comfortable, excellent cuisine, exceptional breakfast and then convenient underground parking with a small supplement, good and knowledgeable staff attentive to customer care, I found it much improved

Very elegant hotel, with a splendid, large and fragrant entrance. Staff of rare kindness, from the receptionists to Mr. Giuseppe in the restaurant, make you feel at home. Abundant buffet breakfast. I don't give 5 stars only for the cleanliness of the rooms (a bit superficial). I will be back next week for work reasons.

Stayed at the beginning of May 2023. Apart from the splendor of the entrance and hall: a disappointment. It was 28 degrees in the room, the day was particularly hot, but NO AIR CONDITIONING! When I went down to reception, the manager warned me that they were under maintenance and that if I really wanted air conditioning, I could easily open the window in the room! Almost a mockery. (Unfortunately I had already paid for the full stay) There was never air conditioning during the 5 days of my stay...luckily I returned to the hotel every day in the evening, after the excursions. Let's talk about the bathroom (see 4-star bathroom photo). He was blind, obviously, but the exhaust fan was out of order. Very little central light and the mirror light worked intermittently (probably for electrical reasons); called the technician, who arrived with a new light bulb, but nothing could be done. I'll stop here...but you can discover other amenities by staying in this property...best wishes!
