Struttura moderna e pulita, camere spaziose con affaccio sul panorama. Note negative: ci è stata data una camera con servizi per disabili, per noi scomodissima. Quando l’ho fatto presente alla reception mi è stato detto che le camere sono assegnate random e all’arrivo può capitare così. Non la trovo una cosa corretta, se non ci sono più camere non si danno oppure lo si comunica prima. Il personale è poco preparato soprattutto al ristorante e i tavoli dovrebbero essere separati dalla reception per non creare confusione. Ci sono sempre eventi con tanta gente e l’esterno non era stato pulito, bicchieri e cicche di sigarette e tovaglioli ovunque. Brutto davvero per gli altri clienti. Peccato, non convince.

Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo presso questo hotel in un weekend di maggio, dal venerdì alla domenica. Un albergo bellissimo esteticamente e con posizione eccellente, sul mare e con una scalinata privata che porta direttamente sulla ciclopedonale. Vicino c’è anche lo stand per il noleggio biciclette. Camera vista mare e con arredamento moderno, molto pulita. Purtroppo però il personale è impreparato e peccano di disorganizzazione. L’hotel offre servizi per eventi e “ trascura “ chi prenota le camere. Sabato sera, al ritorno abbiamo dovuto girare un quanto d’ora per trovare parcheggio. A mio avviso dovrebbero riservare il parcheggio a chi prenota là camera, dato anche il prezzo medio alto che si fanno pagare. Altra cosa, abbiamo ordinato due cocktail e anche qui abbiamo atteso un po’, ma il fatto sconcertante è che ci è stato chiesto, senza nemmeno scusarsi, di cambiare tavolo perché avrebbero dovuto pregare la sala per un evento del giorno seguente. Da un 4 stelle e per il prezzo che chiedono per una camera, questo comportamento e questa disorganizzazione non è accettabile. Al momento del pagamento ho fatto presente i fatti e mi è stato risposto velocemente “ ci dispiace “. Un vero peccato perché l’albergo è davvero meraviglioso, come la vista sul mare.

Posizione ottimale per visitare i trabocchi usufruendo della pista ciclopedonale situata praticamente sotto l'albergo. Struttura elegante e personale cordiale e disponibile. Una menzione speciale la merita il trattamento riservato alla nostra cagnolina: al nostro arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato un simpatico kit di benvenuta. Ottima la colazione con una vasta scelta tra dolce e salato. Camera confortevole con un ampio balcone vista mare. Tutto perfetto.

I booked after falling in love with you in an episode of 4 hotels... and it's even better! Gorgeous rooms. Beautiful furnishing style. Exquisite staff. He always responded in a nice and kind way to our every request. The kitchen is truly top!!! How do you go out if you already have everything in the hotel?!?! Too bad my baby was in a rather unmanageable phase... Everyone was nice and ready to help! Very good breakfast. What a view from the room and the terrace... I will definitely be back.
