Posto stupendo! Le camere sono nuovissime, molto pulite e curate. Francesco è stato gentilissimo nell'accoglierci e nel fornirci tutti i dettagli per organizzare la nostra visita. Colazione con prodotti di qualità alta. Super consigliato!!!

The RIAD Comfort Rooms was our home away from home for 12 days. Francesco and his staff were awesome, making our stay even more special. Francesco’s attention to detail and his expertise in hotel management shines throughout his beautiful and well appointed property. Breakfast at the RIAD was especially delicious with many local food varieties and American favorites. Also they are very attentive to individuals with food sensitivities. Each room was uniquely designed, comfortable and extremely clean. The terrace was a perfect place to see the sunset on the amazing San Vito’s beach. We found that the RIAD was centrally located, which made the town and dining very walkable and the beach were just a few steps away.

Quando ho varcato il cancello d’accesso è come se fossi entrata in un altro mondo… Tutto era magico … Ma se la struttura è spettacolare altrettanto lo è Francesco: il calore della sua accoglienza e la sua completa disponibilità hanno completato la magia di questo posto. Indimenticabile è stata anche Lina che ogni mattina ci ha coccolati con abbondanti e squisite colazioni e con la sua affabilità e simpatia. Ho fatto una vacanza meravigliosa in questo favoloso posto.Un padrone di casa, Francesco con una passione per il suo lavoro senza eguali,un'accoglienza calorosa una struttura pulitissima ordinata ,sempre disponibili con il sorriso,teli mare ogni giorno puliti ,bravo organizzatore per gite in barca ,auto,ristorante ecc.. Abbiamo trovato il personale attento e una grande professionalità. Camera grande, nuova, fresca e pulitissima. Colazione ricca e ogni giorno diversa. Bagno grande e comodo. Possibilità del cambio asciugamani giornaliero ma anche attenzione all'ambiente. Mare raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Bravi e grazie! Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a casa di amici!

La posizione della struttura è molto comoda sia per la spiaggia che per le passeggiate in paese e dintorni. Corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione ed alle recensioni positive. Il proprietario Francesco è stato sempre puntuale ed affidabile nei consigli ed indicazioni su come muoversi in zona e si avvale della collaborazione di persone disponibili e gentili. Colazione con prodotti locali genuini. Consiglio un soggiorno al Riad a persone che vogliono immergersi in una Sicilia di sostanza e competenza. Da tornarci sicuramente.

È stato il secondo soggiorno al Riad ed è stata una conferma. Struttura affascinante, un autentico riad a pochi passi dallo splendido mare di San Vito. La stanza e il bagno sono ampi, ben arredati, spaziosi e pulitissimi, con affaccio sul cortile interno tipico del riad, pieno di fiori e piante. Qui viene servita la colazione, varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità. Diverse amenities quali prodotti dì toilette all’olio di Argan e telo per la spiaggia. Parcheggio wallet su richiesta. Il tutto reso davvero unico dallo stile di accoglienza del proprietario Francesco, che con i suoi suggerimenti aiuta a scegliere le migliori esperienze. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Al Riad ci si sente a casa e Francesco è un perfetto Padrone di casa. La struttura è affascinante, nuova e perfettamente concepita. Ricorda indubbiamente i Riad marocchini ma senza dimenticare l italianità e senza eccedere. A due passi, proprio davvero due, dalla spiaggia, a 5 minuti dal cuore del centro e 10 minuti dal porto. La colazione eccezionale, prodotti tipici e di qualità oltre che un assortimento vasto di scelta. Ma la vera differenza la fa il proprietario Francesco, qualsiasi info, problema, indicazione, consiglio lui c è sempre e ha sempre la soluzione più giusta per l ospite. Essere a San Vito Lo Capo e non andare al Riad è un peccato!!
