Terrible experience. Long story short: I arrived with my family, we are 14 people. Once we arrived we were greeted by an extremely incompetent person. After accompanying us to the rooms, all close together, he returned to the reception to take one key at a time, making us wait about 30 minutes before being able to enter the rooms. Some rooms were minimally equipped, while others had no blankets or pillows. My uncle for example, once he entered the room found the bed with furniture placed on it, making us understand that the rooms were not really ready to welcome someone, he had in fact been moved to a room far from ours. The rooms were cold and those with a "sea view" paid around €60, had no sea view, at most they had a view of the swimming pool where the seagulls bathed. When we told the reception that the double bed we had paid extra for, as I am 190cm tall, was not there, they were unable to help us and I had to sleep in dirty blankets for two nights in a bed no more than 160cm long . The village itself is not on the sea, it is a 15 minute walk from the sea. Lastly, I would not like to leave out how badly my family was treated during check out. When we were looking for explanations about the extra money we were being asked for, the gentleman at the reception started ignoring us because he didn't know what to say. Check out duration? About 40 minutes. All in all I won't recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Not because the village is a bad village. But why be treated so badly when you bring in money that allows the business to continue to exist is unacceptable.

The property is at the edge of the village. So much more calm and further away of the touristique center. Still in walking distance of the beach and the restaurants. The hotel is placed on a little hill and offers a fantastic view to the sea and the mountain. The appar**ent was spacious and very clean. What I didn‘t like was the loud music around the pool area. I felt like being in a club.

This is a holiday village with entertainment. The buildings are shabby and deserve a lot of maintenance (the concrete is crumbling in places). Concerning the swimming pool, opening hours are very limited (closed between 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. then at 7 p.m. in the evening) and wearing a swimming cap is obligatory. We were located near the swimming pool and there is a lot of loud music all day long and until midnight the entertainment is very loud (ah the karaoke...). Not in terms of the number of stars... The only positive point is that the residence is close to the center of San Vito and the beaches, so you can easily get there on foot.

We spent 7 days in this beautiful, family-friendly hotel with apar**ents on the edge of San Vito lo Capo near the marina and the public beach. San Vito lo Capo is a small town with good tourist infrastructure and a beautiful beach. The hotel is well located as a starting point for excursions in the area around San Vito lo Capo (Zingaro, Trapani, Monte Erice, Marsala, etc.). There was a good breakfast and great entertainment at the saltwater pool by Renato, Dante, Andreea & Ilenia. Uncomplicated administration and reception staff with good tips for excursions in the area. Daily cleaning and new towels. Private parking for each apar**ent. We had a great time!

I'm back after a long absence. I liked the Show Time animation and I have to thank all the animators for their reliability and skill and other positive details: starting from Renato the head animator, Ilenia, Daniele, Andrea and Gaetano. I got on really well with them and they made me feel at ease. The Calamancina Bar and Restaurant kept and managed clean and in great order, thanking them for their courtesy and kindness, for everything, in particular Rosa, Laura, Antonino, Ivan and Samuele. Really good. The dishes and specialties of the restaurant are truly exquisite. Breakfast, starting from aperitifs, and ending with dinner, all done in an excellent and accurate manner. The swimming pool is managed beyond sufficiency thanks to the lifeguards Christian and Roberto. Well done to them too. The rooms were a little cleaner and more comfortable than in previous years and the receptionist service was very kind, reliable and courteous. I really enjoyed this holiday!

Clean apar**ent (apart from the window frames) with everything you need. It's not 4 stars for Central Europe, but you know that anyway. Good location - very close to the beach/in the center. Air conditioning works very well. Parking space directly below the balcony. Small balcony - only space for 2 people (table, 2 armchairs) and a small clothes rack. You have to keep moving the table to be able to open the balcony door at all, so the table really needs to go or be a folding table... Kitchen facilities: Be careful, you also have to bring a sponge, Wettex, washing-up liquid, salt, etc. Large cups and glasses (i.e. more than 150 ml) would be nice. Spartan furnishings, only two hotplates - tall cooks might have higher standards. Great: daily garbage disposal, towel change. Good WiFi! Bathroom: old but OK, shower very small though, even slim people bump into things easily. With hairdryer. Be careful, NEVER set it to hot, as the water will then be boiling hot, which can be really dangerous in the shower. Entertainment - grazie, Gaetano! Nice chat. Baby disco with only a few classic children's songs, just loud music with current Italo-Popo songs until midnight with quick dance moves from the entertainers - for older children and adults. The Italians like it. Pool: with swimming cap. Beautiful, clean complex (gorgeous flowers). Friendly reception! Overall, we spent a little more than it was worth for the moderate but warm standard. A little modernization would be appropriate in our opinion.
