Tres bel emplacement, petit bemole sur le tarif de la chambre payer sur trip avec la difference sur place… pas de telephone pour appeler la reception dans la suite junior (numero 4)

Belle emplacement, Parking sécurisé très bien. 230e la nuit c'est le prix maxi pour ma part correspondant à cet hôtel et nous sommes hors saison. Restaurant à revoir fortement, c'est une honte... Excessivement chère... Un risoto truffé, parmesan et gambas pour 44euros... C'était plutôt : 2 Gambas sur 500gr de riz à la crème écoeurante, de la truffe d'été sans aucun gout et 3 morceaux rapés de parmesan. Pas sur que je revienne. Du moins certainement pas dans le restaurant.

What an amazing find. We stumbled onto this little beachside hotel as we were driving the coast. An amazing room with the waves crashing right at the foot of our room. Great value. Very friendly staff. The Ukranian waitress at the restaurant was amazing and really made our stay. If you are in the Sanary-sur-Mer area, this is a hidden gem. You can go without hesitation.

anti-commerçants et cherche à faire du business , du chiffre uniquement. J'ai fait les frais d'une réservation de 2 nuits en décembre 2023, que j'ai malheureusement dû annuler le matin de mon jour d'arrivée . J'étais malade clouée au lit . Par courtoisie je préviens l'hôtel , consciente que la réservation est bloquée avec booking, et je demande si je peux reporter ce séjour à une autre date . La réponse est non ! Ils encaissent les 2 nuits et ont probablement pu relouer cette même chambre . C'est jackpot pour eux ! Aucun geste commercial . Je suis écoeuré et je souhaite leur faire une publicité qui leur convient : à raz des paquerettes .

Nous avons séjourné deux jours en Octobre pou les nuits du 27 et 28 Octobre 2023. Depuis cette date, nous attendons le retour de la direction de l'hôtel pour une doudoune Jott oubliée dans notre chambre, pour laquelle nous avons signalé l'oubli le dimanche 29 Octobre, et nous vivons un véritable sketch depuis près de deux mois. Nous devions connaître le coût de l'envoi avant que celui-ci soit validé, mais la doudoune est soit disant partie mais personne ne sait qui s'en est occupé et par quel moyen elle est partie ! Nous demandons que la direction nous rappelle depuis deux mois mais personne ne prend ses responsabilités !! autant vous dire que la doudoune a fait un ou une heureuse parmi les salariés de l'hôtel. Nous sommes habitués de ce type d'hôtel et de la région, nous espérons pouvoir un interlocuteur lorsque nous reviendrons. Si ce n'est pas le cas, nous espérons que Leila (la directrice) ou Tristan (notre interlocuteur qui tente en vain de faire appeler sa direction pour nous tenir au courant...) seront présents lors de notre venue car pour le principe, ce n'est une question de valeur marchande, nous apprécierions avoir une explication.
