Second time for us to stay here this hotel! This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help! We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason! -friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart! -spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge -Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels! -spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day! Thank you for the another beautiful stay and we will definitely come back!!

We had an amazing time away, the resort was everything we could have asked for. Great variety of food, drinks and places to go away from the children. Live music every night and wonderful smiling faces around the resort. They couldn’t be more helpful. We would definitely return.

The food and drinks were way too overpriced and not that good quality. Outdoor furniture of the balconies were old and not well maintained.

Perfect trip for us

The room is nice. The tropical rainforest climate can feel a bit humid, but you can turn on the air conditioner and fan. The scenery is beautiful. There is 24-hour room service, including food delivery, etc., which is convenient and fast. There is a shuttle bus bula bus to pick up and drop off in the resort. There are three restaurants to choose from in the entire resort. The beach is not big, just average. But it is enough for our vacation style. The attitude of the service staff is very good.

It is a hotel far from the airport. The overall service is about three stars. It has three restaurants and bars. There are not many breakfast options. It is okay to bring your family to the hotel for four or five days to bask in the sun and swim.

Overall good. As an international brand chain, the service is better and the activities are rich in variety. The environment is friendly and the dining options are diverse. You can choose from four different restaurants for dinner.

The villa is exquisitely designed, spacious and bright, and equipped with luxurious furniture and facilities to make people feel right at home. The hotel's service is also excellent, and the staff are warm and thoughtful, ready to help guests. The private swimming pool in the villa is a highlight, where you can enjoy swimming to your heart's content. In addition, the hotel also provides sumptuous catering services, with a variety of breakfast and dinner dishes that are delicious. All in all, this seaside villa resort hotel provides first-class services and facilities for an unforgettable vacation. The hotel service is good. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be given a small gift, welcome drinks and alcohol. The hotel room is clean and there is unlimited Fiji water. The room rate is a bit expensive during the peak season, but it is good overall.

This is the dirtiest InterContinental Hotel I have ever stayed in... It is also the one with the worst restaurant...so speechless! After arriving in Fiji, both of us became emo! Actually, the hotel decoration and planning are all OK, but the maintenance is so poor! Even after cleaning, the room is still unbearable to look at! The yellow marks in the pool are so disgusting! Using those two wash basins every day is very torturous. The room is too damp. It may have something to do with the two rains in those days, but the mattress, quilt and bath towel are really not very clean! We booked 6 days and every day was like a year! Later, we took a taxi to Nadi Town every day to eat at a pretty good restaurant. Time passed a little faster! The hotel breakfast, the evening buffet and the grill bar...the ingredients are also haha! I feel that this trip to Fiji has left a shadow on me! We booked a sea view room and stayed here at a price of 5,000+. I was cheated! The sea in Fiji is not good either. Anyway, I feel that it is not as fun as Thailand and the cost performance is low! Koh Samui is much better than here!

Very average, very different from the promotion... The staff and taxi drivers are suspected of colluding to deceive customers. I have eaten steak three times, once was barely acceptable and twice was very bad. The restaurant price is too different from the actual product, not recommended

The beach is absolutely gorgeous. It is more commercialized than the outer islands, but the service is very good. There are many choices for dining and experience projects, which are different every day. It has the best beach on the main island, with particularly fine white sand. There are few Chinese people in Australia. There are more family trips to New Zealand.

The room is relatively spacious, the facilities are a bit old, and the built-in golf course is great.
