The resort is really good and clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was ok for Cuba The staff do their best to accommodate your needs, special thanks to Lisbeisy lobby bar, Yesenia and Sosa from the entertainment team and Lisbet from Sales. I will come back

Superbe beau site propre et la plage est magnifique très bon service le personnel était super attentionné, toujours le sourire, nous n’avons manqué rien, les chambre toujours propre!!! Mercedes notre butler a satisfait a tout nos désirs, super gentille !!! Ogledy Santana a été super avec nous!!! C’est le meilleur!!😘

Olgedly Sanata has taken care of us! Friends have become family, DJ Jose is the best man EVER ! Pablo, Alejandro, tito, Mercedes, Ozmar, Armando, all of these staff members go way above and beyond to make this the best trip ever!! We never want to leave. We were surprised with a private in-room bubble bath with petals and a nice cold bottle of white wine. To all the staff, THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING TIME!!!

This is the absolute best resort I’ve ever been to! So many amazing people and the best service EVER! Ogledy Santana has taken the best care of us. Dj Jose is an awesome entertainer, Mercedes was an absolute gem. Thank you for all, it is a trip that will never be forgotten 💗

We have been coming here for over 8 years. The staff ate friendly and are always trying to be accommodating. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable and fun to watch and participate in. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would recommend Grand Memories to anyone.
