Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa West - Sand Springs

We came to Tulsa for a family wedding and booked here. The front desk staff and housekeeping were extremely friendly. We like that they have full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower. The room was extremely clean. While walking past an open door where they were cleaning out a room someone checked out of they were cleaning every inch of the inside of the refrigerator as well as the outside! Our only complaint was the food service person talked on her cell phone the entire time we were at breakfast and people had to keep asking for food to be refilled . The second morning, she stayed off the phone and the food was well stocked.

Asked for housekeeping services, was not completed. No hot water in shower. Room smelled like vomit.

They had a great breakfast. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, baked goods, yogurts, fruit. They switch up daily. Great variety of foods. The staff were very nice and professional. The building is set back from the highway so no noise feom the traffic and lots of resturants close by.

Front desk employees are not educated to treat customers. I think they don't like their job and they do it in a very rude way.

The tile in the bathroom was loose and there were cracks in the ceiling. There was duct tape on the desk chair holing it together. Bathroom had not been cleaned when we checked in. Building is old and is falling apart.

The girl that checked me in, Paris, was extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the area was convenient to what I was doing.

Megan was so friendly, professional and gave get recommendations fir dinning.

Upon our arrival, Meghan and Debbie made us feel very welcomed. Debbie went out of her way to provide a handicap room for our daughter. Big shout out to Debbie. Rooms were clean. Breakfast consisted of scramble eggs, sausage, a variety of juices to choose from, oatmeal, cereal - awesome breaksfast. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Great place. Kind of in the industrial part of town but not bad. Spacious room and awesome breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we pass through.
