We were on the west wing. It was second to last day before closing and appeared that employees were ready to be done for the season-could have definitely been cleaner.

The hotel was amazing,beautiful and very clean. My husband and i stayed in a king size bed room and it was not a nice mattress very ferm, bed was always right in front of the door.

The hotel is conveniently close to the park rear entrance with free parking. Checking in early was no issue as we arrived at 12:00 PM on Friday. The check out time, however, is strictly enforced by the hotel staff knocking on our door at 10:30 am and 10:55 am tonsure the 11:00 check out is adhered to. Over all the stay was great, but be ready to leave by 11:00 sharp or else!

It's my 2nd time staying and like the first time it was well worth it. It's pricey but you are paying for the convenience of private parking, restaurants, a short walking distance to both parks, beach, and boardwalk. The staff was amazing, and my room was clean and inviting. I was so pleased with everything that I've already booked a room for the big trip this year!😊
