We booked a non smoking room and unfortunately the initial room we were given smelled of old cigarette smoke, very dated and came with a cricket!! Due to asthma, the room definitely didn’t work for us We asked to move rooms, which the front desk clerk was very accommodating and friendly, however, they room was quite small and our shoes stuck to the floor. i

Super cheap & really dirty. Lowest price in Northeaat Ohio. Towels looked like shop rags. Half of the staff is incredibly nice & the other half the worst I’ve ever seen… How bad do you need to save money? It could go either way.
Owner was a super kind guy & very welcoming.
All that was pointless due to the rude people that worked for him. They don’t act like that when he’s around though. I admit a few of the staff were amazing, others not so much.

Checking in they gave me a contract sign that says no smoking. I went to the room. There was a Splatoon filled with sand and cigarette butts in front of the door. The entire room smelled like cigarettes, and the crappy thin blankets had cigarette burns on it. The toilet had a garden hose hooked up to it to get water into it.  the lobby for check in smells like it was flooded and mildew and mold everywhere. location was good though. Just cause there’s cute skeletons outside riding a bike and fishing does not make this a boutique hotel.

It was a nice place to stay and near the major water parks and the ******* house. The restaurants on site were also good. The pool was nice too.

Smelled like fresh paint and cigarettes. Lamps didn’t work and had 3 remotes in room and only one went to tv lol and paint chips in heater vents and when it turned on they started flying out vent and smelled horrible. I asked for 2 extra pillow and manager comes out and says this all we got and gave me half a pillow lol place is horrible and wouldn’t recommend it.
