The hotel is well located for a flight. they do provide a transfer even if the aiport is just around the corner.
The hotel, however, seems that the wall are made of paper. The AC did no work and the window does not open properly. Felt in a sauna

Un bon hôtel, propre et correct.
Juste il n y a pas de café et du choix au niveau de la salle de bain (savon, shampoing... Etc).

Hôtel réservé via booking avec option d’annulation jusqu’à minuit. Je suis passée par booking pour annuler mais je n ai pas fait attention de la réception d’un mail de confirmation. Le jour de la réservation je reçois un mail comme quoi je n’ai pas honoré ma réservation. Je renvoie un message immédiatement rappelant que j ai bien annulé dans les temps. Pas de retour de l’hôtel. J’envoie un message à booking qui me répond qu’il y a un délai de traitement. Je me rends compte que j ai été prélevé de 93 euros et je contacte de nouveau booking et l’hôtel. L’hôtel me renvoie vers booking et vice versa. J appelle l’hôtel : qui a prélevé alors que j’avais envoyé un message le jour même pour leur signaler. Comme par hasard un prélèvement arrive une semaine après sans avoir lue mon message. Aucune négociation possible et rejette la faute sur booking. Je vous confirme que booking m’indique que c’est l’hôtel qui est Pas prêt pour faire un geste. Je vous laisse juger de la qualité de leurs services clients.
