The only negative about the hotel is the indoor pool is not heared so it qas cold to swim in. I was really disappointed because i specifically took the hotel for the pool.

It was not an enjoyable stay. I cut my finger on the bathroom shower handle that had sharp metal. The front desk didn’t have a first aid kit.
Staff was complaining about working conditions and being underpaid and being short staffed.
The attentiveness of the manager on duty was rude and kept me waiting at the front desk telling me to hold on a minute while he is doing something in the office.
I will not be back at this hotel.

We were well pleased with our long weekend stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel and service overall was very good. The only critique is that the front desk people often go into the back and they are not aware when there is people waiting at the front, even when called upon. I had to wait approx. 15 minutes before someone actually showed up at the front desk.

House cleaning times were posted as every other day. We stayed 5 nights housekeeping came the day before check out even though it was requested

Staff was welcoming. Room was very nice and big. Breakfast was good. I gave it 4 stars because there was one elevator at was broken and the pool heater was broken also.
