The Tv did not work and we called the office they could not assist us in fixing the issue. They offered to change our room but no upgrade so I decided to try and fix it myself hours later still no tv. I then went to the office I was told no maintenance was on site and the only answer is to change rooms I again asked will we at least receive an upgraded room again I was told no. We eventually changed rooms and the new room smells like smoke our original room was a non smoking room and now the tv works but we can hardly breathe due to the smoke smell. I should have trusted the reviews but this was last minute and in the area we needed to be in visiting all the way from Texas. Definitely will never stay here again

I liked the place alright, but they charged me a fee for smoking and said I left cigarettes in a cup in the room. I don’t smoke!!! This didn’t happen. Seems like a scam to try to make a little more money. Customer service implied I am a liar. Way to lose a customer.

This location looks nothing like the pictures presented in their portfolio. The room I booked spelled exactly like smoke and had a really bad odor that made me sick to my stomach. I attempted to get a refund, but they will not process a refund by any means. The lady at the front desk was not very accommodating at all and was very rude. She appeared as if she hated her job. Please look at other hotels in the area before booking this place.
