the location was only ok. select suites means they charge you for all the little things that ESA's regular locations provide free. the hotel was sufficient, but you miss those little things badly if you (like me) didn't know the difference beforehand. location was decent. quick enough to where i needed to go & be. somethings were a little old, but not too old. the mattress needed to be firmer. as did the pillows. maybe a new shower head might be better as well. newer AC, esp in the deep south! mostly it was serviceable, if not slightly overpriced.

The property outside is okay but the room was dirty; there was no toilet paper in the room. When I asked for some they told me I had to come get it from the front desk. The fixtures were tore up; also I checked out early and when I called about my refund they told me I hadn’t been properly checked out

There police were there every day for something. They charge you for towels. You have to pay for any things you think would come with the room like dishes. There is no pool. It said breakfast included no breakfast. The lobby staff doesn't show up until 10 or ll am. Also the room had roaches ugh!!!

I stayed here previously with no problems. Turned in my rooms keys got a receipt. Well upon returning to stay a couple nights Thanksgiving 2023, Candace never checked me out so I couldn't get the room

Overall nice enough, just didn’t realize some of the differences from a standard hotel room. Such as no travel sizes of shampoo and conditioner and no ice bucket.

The staff was wonderful and the room was convenient. We appreciated being put up away from area with young children so we could enjoy some quiet.

Reception not open. Had to find another employee to call someone to come check us in. Waited over 30 minutes before someone came. Not friendly nor did they apologize. I did thank the person who first helped me and she was very kind.

The main door was propped open not safe. Key disarmed had to call customer service and wait 30 munutes to be let in room at 1:30am
