This place is great, 2nd time we have stayed this year, just the best place to stay. Kitchen still not open for dinner but can get a beer and enjoy the views. There is a very nice Korean restaurant, only 2 minutes walk, so dinner is covered. P guesthouse still serves breakfast from 07:15.....very nice. Rooms are huge and very well designed, very clean and comfortable, hot water is perfect. Have stayed here many times and will again. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice views and lake access for swimming and canoeing but that’s about it. Staff is friendly but won’t go to any lengths to satisfy guest’s needs. Won’t restock beer in 3 days and won’t help find transportation to bus station. Fan room cost 450 and felt like 200 with a view. Room did not afford much privacy. Would’ve been unacceptable hadn’t we been by ourselves on the first floor. Dirty and lose fitting carpet. Bed bugs and dirty restrooms/showers that weren’t cleaned during our 3 night stay. You could hear bugs in the wooden walls. Feels like this place now caters to Thai tourists going for the air conditioned rooms instead of to backpackers that are looking for a clean room with fan that isn’t too expensive.
