かなり古い建物でしたが､中はリニューアルされていて綺麗です。当初一階に宿泊。昭和感溢れる純和室の畳に和机のみの部屋では､洋式の生活に慣れた私たちには辛すぎて、途中から2階に変えていただきました。一階には部屋付き露天風呂がありますが、シャワーがなく、ただ浸かるだけの小さな檜風呂でした。温泉ではなく水道水ですが、結構温まります。山の中でドラム缶のお風呂に入ってる気分です。2階の部屋はピカピカのリフォーム後の部屋で、三室あり、シャワールームもあり､とても快適でした。一階は普通の布団で、少し寝づらい。2階も布団ですが、和ベットと言った感じで快適です。大浴場は､女性用の方が広く温泉ではないけど、窓からの景色が良くてゆったりできます。ただタオル類を部屋付きの物を持っていかなければならないのと、ロッカーがないので貴重品、スマホなど持って行けないです。 スタッフさんが少ない感じで､色んな役割を1人でこなされてる感じですが､一生懸命おもてなしして下さっていることは感じられました。掃除がどこも行き届いているのも気持ち良かったです。 ただオーベルジュですが、調理の方も人数が少ない感じで満室の折は大変そう。その時に作り上げるようなお料理は難しいかもと思いました。 この宿で最も素晴らしいのは、窓からの景色です。出来れば二階をお勧めします。まさに山の中でのお風呂を味わえます。

自然の山々に囲まれて，お部屋から信貴山を見渡せるコーナービュープリミアムは，鳥達の囀り，セミの鳴き声と夏のオーケストラに癒されます。 信貴山の総本山 朝護孫子寺から，徒歩五分ばとで行けます。ハイキングや散策してから，創業100年くらいのお宿は，手入れも行き届いて大変清潔なので，ゆっくり休んで，美味しいお食事に舌鼓です。地元の食材を四季折々の盛り付けで，観ているだけでも楽しいですが，一口，一口止まらなくなる味わいと共に，私達の五感を振るい立たさてくれます♪ 私達ののお部屋は，シャワーのみですが，共同お風呂もあります。とてもこじんまりしていますが、ラッキーな事に，他のゲストと一緒になることが無かったので、 プライベートでしかも，窓を全開して景色を堪能しながら，ゆっくり入らせていだだきました。 夜は，ロービーが，ラウンジになります。(19:00-21:00)ワイン赤，白，日本酒，焼酎などと，柿ピー，チーズなどの簡単なおつまみがありました。 朝は，コーヒーが飲めます。 浴衣も，借りる事が出来るみたいですが，お部屋にさむえが，用意されていました。 スタッフのおもてなしも、お気遣いは、大変最高です。 ★１つマイナス点 共同のお風呂が，webより盛り少し過ぎでした。露天風呂無くうち風呂も，こじんまりとしていて，自分自身で窓を開けると良い感じになりました。温泉でないのもマイナスポイント。空いていたので良かったです。少し狭いです。お部屋シャワーのみで，ヘアーブラシが無いので，共同のお風呂まで取りに行かないと行けません。 タオルも，昔ぽい黄色の薄めタイプタオルをお部屋から持ち込まないと行けない。
