其中一個房間房卡和卡槽接觸不良，一插上整個屋子所有燈光頻閃，弄得眼睛非常不舒服，叫前台叫人來修，第一次來了客房服務，換了一張卡説如果還閃就再叫前台，我説那就是之前也有過這種頻閃的情況，阿姨點頭，也就是説酒店在明知道房間所有燈光頻閃的情況下，依然把房間給客人住，把客人置於不舒適和危險的情況（房卡和卡槽不適配會不會引起火花），並且我還有一歲的孩子，很不安全很不舒適！
