酒店接待人員，和藹可親，詢問問題回答詳細，房間佈置不錯，酒店與市區有點距離，但又不算遠，走十多分鐘就到達，對於今次住宿滿意。

服務人員態度都比較好，服務意識很強，辦理入住幫選的房型風景也挺好的，還加贈了一個人的自助餐，酒店自助晚餐還不錯，但是早餐不知道是不是5.1節原因換到宴會廳，餐食和環境都遜色很多。還是可以改進的。總體來言環境服務都很不錯了。

我們是自駕遊客人，途徑三江遊玩，選擇該酒店即是方便休息，又是想了解三江侗族文化，民俗風情，現將入住體驗分享如下：進入酒店，無論是保安，保潔，前台接待，行李部人員都非常熱情瞭解我們的需求，針對實景演出，李愫主動幫我們訂購演出門票並對周邊遊玩訊息提供參考，讓我們在三江玩的很開心，住的很舒適；客房服務員得知我們每天都泡茶，主動多送了我們二瓶礦泉水；入住三天，二晚都在酒店用晚餐，得到餐廳服務員熱情接待，早餐也享用到當地的特色美食；整個酒店設計具有侗族文化特色，入住環境非常滿意，值得推薦給來三江遊玩的朋友們，對服務給予五星好評。

很久沒有住過性價比這麼優秀的酒店了，畢竟不能忽視萬豪的品質，設施，衞生，酒店各個位置的環境，早餐，服務都是一流的。值得再次入住。到三江的朋友都應該選擇這裏，去程陽八寨，龍脊梯田，看三江風雨橋，三江鼓樓都很方便。
