The service was super good and the room was very clean, except for the smell of miso.

温泉も食事もとっってもよかったです。温泉はぬるめで、長めに入ってものぼせない温度で疲れが溶けていきます。 夕食のフルコースは川魚も山菜も目を剥く美味しさ。従業員のみなさんも心配りが効き、生き生きと働かれていてるように見え、気持ちよかったです。 意識されているのかわかりませんが、客室、食事部屋、風呂に時計がないのがほんとうによかったです。普段は時間で区切って慌ただしく動いていますが、その慌ただしさを完全に忘れて過ごせる場所だと思います。 絶対にまた行きます。

美味しい料理、最高の温泉、清潔感のある施設、丁寧な対応。もう他に言うことはありません。 そろそろ皮膚がたるんたるんになるのではないかと思えるほどには多くの温泉に入ってきましたが、温泉の質も含め、施設の清潔感や雰囲気、山菜料理や、水の美味しさなど総合的に今までで一番いい宿でした。 ゆるい温泉は20〜30分の半身浴に最適で、日頃の疲れを吹き飛ばしてくれることでしょう。 ぜひ一度訪れてみてはいかがどしょうか。

雪景色も原風景のようで素晴らしいし、温泉もいいし、そして、とにかくお食事が最高でした！！ お宿の方は素朴な料理と言いますが、1つ1つが丁寧ですべての料理の味付けが1つずつ違っていて、シンプルなのに、とっても豪華というか愛で満たされていて、心のこもった料理でした。 川魚も全く臭くなくて、鯉のあらいはここで初めて食べましたが、コリコリしていて癖がなくてとても美味しいし、鮎もかぶりついて頂くことができました。 牛の石焼は脂の乗り方も量もちょうどよくて、全て食べても胃がもたれず、全世代が満足できる内容かと思います。 朝のお粥はとろとろで絶品です♡

今年一番の寒波の日に一泊させてました。 初めてだったので国の重要文化財の緑風荘にしました。 部屋にはトイレがありませんでしたが近くあり特に不自由しませんでした。 とても寒い日でしたが電気カーペットもあり足元も暖かくて快適な部屋でした。 料理は少し薄味でしたがとても美味しく全て食べました。特にお刺身は新鮮でとても美味しかったです。イワナは焼き加減も良く今まで食べ中で一番かも。 お風呂は湯加減も良く泉質のせいかお肌がスベスベになったような気がしました。夕食前3回、夕食後1回、朝2回の合計6回入りました。少しぬるめのお風呂は長風呂になります。 夜から朝にかけて雪が降り続いていたので心配していましたが従業員の方が車の雪降ろしをしておいてくださり、道も除雪してあり心遣いに感謝です。

サービス、お湯、食事全て満点でしょう。 そもそもご主人と女将さんの素晴らしさが従業員のみなさんにしっかり伝播している時点でこの宿はもう文句無しであり、小さな欠点は人には誰でも欠点があるというレベルだと思いました。 名湯にはいろいろとありますが、ここのお湯には塩っ気が強いという特徴とぬる湯と熱湯のコンビネーションというもう一つの特徴がありゆっくりじっくりと味わいたいそんなお湯です。 食事はノーマルにしましたが、滋味深い一品一品は味わい深く、夕朝ともに「いいもん食べたわぁ」としみじみ思うそんなお食事です。 今回は雪見風呂を満喫しましたが、四季折々の変化の味わいを満喫しにまた行きたい、いや絶対に行く！そんなお宿です。

夕食・朝食は地の食材をふんだんに使った料理で、とても美味しかったです。12月だというのに、部屋にカメムシがいたのには驚きました。これも自然の恵みでしょうか。守門川に面した部屋に泊まりましたが、川の流れの音が「せせらぎ」というよりは「轟音」に近く、ちょっとうるさかったです。泊まった部屋は文化財に指定された建物でしたが、リニューアルされており、古さや不便さは感じられませんでした（ちょっと期待外れでした）。

There are several buildings, but I stayed at Keiryukan. You can enjoy the mountain stream and greenery flowing in front of you from the large bay window that covers one wall. There are two private baths and a large public bath, each with an indoor bath and an open-air bath.You can only reserve one private bath at check-in, but there are times when you can reserve it as you like, so there is plenty of space for all three baths. I was able to thoroughly enjoy it. The hot water is thick and smooth. There is a separate, spacious room for meals, so you can enjoy both dinner and breakfast in the same room. There was plenty of food, including carp wash (no smell at all), salt-grilled sweetfish, local beef, and rare wild vegetable dishes (such as Matatabi), but the elegant seasoning made it easy to finish the meal. The porridge cooked in the hot spring water for breakfast has just the right amount of salt from the salt contained in the hot spring. (Regular rice is also available) There were so many other thoughtful menu items that I can't even mention, and everything was delicious! Apparently the sweetfish chips we had for dinner are made here. If you place an order, it will be prepared and ready for you to purchase by the time you check out. You can see the mountain stream from the main garden, and it's not too large, with well-kept trees and flowers, and a water wheel running down the stream, making it perfect for a morning walk. You can enjoy tea or coffee in the lounge while looking out at the garden. Although it is a large inn divided into several buildings, it was thoroughly cleaned early in the morning and I had a comfortable stay. I think it must have been difficult to clean this year because there were so many stink bugs. Although it was a weekday, we were able to spend an elegant time without feeling cluttered, even though the room was fully booked.

It is a secret hot spring where you can soak in the hot spring while listening to the sound of the river. The smooth and squeaky hot water is at a low temperature, perfect for relaxing. For dinner, I ordered the limited-time Matsutake Mushroom Gozen, and the matsutake mushrooms steamed in clay pots and matsutake rice were really delicious. In addition, the WiFi is well established and the internet environment is excellent. I didn't have the stress of not being able to connect or being slow even though I had WiFi, which is common. This time I came for a trip to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and next time I would like to enjoy yukimi-sake in the snowy winter scenery!
