The spa and the hot water no good the water outside in the pool it’s not The water of the outdoor pools and the jacuzzi is not warm enough so you cannot enter them in the winter!

Over priced , poor management , disconnected hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel. The service delivery is poor, staff tell you , you don’t need to book for the piazza restaurant which is part of the hotel when you get there you have to book? No information given about the resort , it is more like a hostel than a hotel , breakfast does not warrant the cost of this hotel. Very poor hotel we will not return.

Everything was simply great- the staff was kind, there was an astonishing atmosphere, and I simply cannot describe the level of professionality we were treated with ☺️. I'm really glad I had chosen this restaurant! Definitely will visit again somewhen in the future.

A room so small, it's not bigger then 3x the bedsize. Pictures don't tell the real room.
Will for sure not return.

Wunderschönes Hotel.
Zimmer waren super und neu ausgestattet.
Frühstücksbuffet war super.
Wir hatten mit Halbpension. Die 5 Gänge waren wirklich sehr köstlich.
Der Spa/Wellnessbereich mit dem Swimmbad auf dem Dach war sehr gepflegt und relativ neu.
Service war wie in Tirol zu erwarten TOP.
Das Hotel kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
Immer wieder gerne.

Dejligt hotel, og meget venligt personale. Det eneste negative var at vores værelse var meget varmt, og ingen mulighed for selv at justere på temperaturen. Derfor var vi nødt til at sove med åben altandør, med en masse larm fra tidelig morgen. Vandtrykket i værelset var også ekstremt lavt, og det var svært at bade.

Das Personal war besonders freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr stylisch und ansprechend eingerichtet und haben zum Wohlfühlen eingeladen. Die Dachterasse und der Spa-Bereich waren ein Traum. Wir würden jederzeit erneut buchen!

Het Hotel is super netjes en mooi ingericht zo geld ook voor de schoonmaak ervan. de medewerkers zijn er erg behulpzaam en lieve mensen. De slowaaksee kok,en Italiaanse kok die daar wat jaartjes in Oostenrijk wonen zijn werkelijk meesters achter de keuken elke keer weer onwijs smaakvol gegeten met de kinderen! Er zijn speciale kids menu's dus Italiaanse eten of patatjes. alles zelfgemaakt niks is te veel of te moeilijk ze treffen gewoon andere maatregelingen als je iets niet lust. en de bediening is ook echt top werkt goed als team samen .de Sauna! met gratis drankje aftappen van de drank automaat met gratis pinda's is helemaal niet van deze tijd!! een klein minpuntje de kussens zijn te zacht om op te slapen. maar wij als gezin Komen graag terug naar het verrassend mooie Oostenrijk en het onwijs super hotel wat echt waar voor je geld is

Pal in het centrum van St-Anton. De auto kan je mits een kleine betaling in de ondergrondse garage rijden (met een autolift!). Personeel supervriendelijk, helpen je verder met alles en nog wat. Je zit vlakbij skiliften. In zomer het je met de kaart recht op 1 gratis dag gebruik van alle liften in St-Anton. Wij waren met 4, sliepen in een kamer waarbij het bed (boven elkaar) van de kinderen (17 en 15) in een quasi apart gedeelte van de kamer was. Alles groot genoeg, niet supper, maar voldoende. Badkamer vrij groot met super douche. Alleen raar dat de muren van de badkamer volledig in glas waren zodat er toch weinig privacy is. Eten 's avonds: eerst moet je groeneten eten van een buffet (vrij te nemen), dan heb je keuze tussen twee menu's (maar je kan bvb voor de kids ook apart spaghetti of pizza bestellen zonder meerprijs), met soep (zeer lekker) en vlees/vegan gevolgd door een cake of ijs. De kids vonden het niet steeds lekker (soms ook vrij weinig) maar ze hadden dan de mogelijkheid voor spaghetti of pizza die zeer lekker was. Bediening is aan tafel. De wijn en de drank bij het eten is nogal prijzig, maar nog te doen. Beperkte fitness en sauna op hoogste verdiep, viel zeker in de smaak (slippers en badjas in kamer aanwezig). Het bakonnetje is piepklein in dient alleen om raam open te zetten en met twee voeten te staan, niet meer. Startpunt voor veel wandelingen. De toeristische dienst is op 20 meter. Dus zeker een meevaller, alleen spijtig van het slechte weer in augustus.
