+ Very good mattresses (new) + Spacious + Nice family room with two separate rooms (family suite, No 101) ++++ Newly renovated bathroom, toilet separate, bathtub with whirlpool function ++ Available parking place for free and very close + Charging station for electric cars not far (but not part of the hotel) + Free coffee in the lobby at all time + close to public transport, very easy to reach Bonn - they recently reopened and not everything works as it should yet. Room cleaning was only on demand, and limited breakfast options - limited availability of personnel

Wirklich unterirdisch!!!! Hatte vor sechs Wochen ein Zimmer reserviert, für mich und meinen Kollegen, dass hat aber nur für einen von uns geklappt... Sei es drum: Das konnte der sehr unkonzentrierte und unfreundliche Herr am Empfang gerade noch lösen. Wie gesagt, sehr sehr unfreundlich. Es war auch nach zahlreichem nennen meines Namens nicht möglich, dass er sich meinen Namen innerhalb von 60 Sekunden (ich habe einen sehr einfachen Namen) merken konnte. Das dazu zu buchende Frühstück gibt es leider nicht, da die Küche nicht abgenommen ist. Ein Hinweis auf die HRS-Buchung führte dazu, dass ich wirklich unflätig angesprochen wurde. Das sei ja schließlich ein Problem von HRS: Nee, dass ist meins, da ich morgen früh kein Frühstück habe. Seine Antwort darauf war: Dann lege ich Ihnen eben für 14,5 € da morgen früh eine Scheibe Brot hin! Der Parkplatz vom Hotel ist leider auch nicht ganztägig nutzbar. Man kann ihn nur ab 17:00 benutzen. Ich reise jetzt seit über 25 Jahren häufig beruflich und kann nur feststellen, dass ich noch nie so schlecht in einem Hotel behandelt worden bin. Der Herr soll im übrigen der Inhaber bzw. Geschäftsführer sein... Für mich ist klar: Nie wieder!!!

Lovely stay over 6 days. It is in the middle of Sankt Augustin, basically on what is the town square. You don't need a car, the tram to Siegburg and Bonn is a minute away. in the mall across the square, there is ample food and shopping, behind the mall there are fields to walk.
