Het verblijf in het hotel is goed mee gevallen, maar de kamer is dringend aan vernieuwing. De badkamer is heel klein en onpraktisch.
Het avondeten en ontbijt zijn super.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

L’hôtel est très joli et le restaurant très bien, mais le Spa est très petit, il y a 5 transats dans tout le spa c’est totalement impensable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Que dire lorsque la seule douche du sauna est hors service…
Dans la chambre, plus de mouchoirs dans la boîte ni de savon dans le distributeur de la douche.
Payer aussi cher pour de telles négligences, on est loin d’un 4 étoiles supérieures.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Schlosshotel Rheinfels und haben das Hotel wegen seiner außergewöhnlichen Lage, direkt am Rhein und unweit des weltberühmten Loreley-Felsens, ausgewählt. Das Schloss liegt neben der alten Burgruine und besitzt einen unvergesslichen Blick auf das Rheintal. Der Ort und das Schloss haben uns sofort begeistert. Der Hoteldirektor und sein Team haben es geschafft, das Schloss zu einem einzigartigen Ort der Gastlichkeit werden zu lassen. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit einer fantastischen Aussicht und haben im Restaurant fürstlich gespeist. Der Chefkoch versteht es, regionale Speisen raffiniert und gekonnt zuzubereiten. Der aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Service im Restaurant lässt aus einem guten Menü einen wunderbaren Abend werden. Es ist kein Hotel für günstigen Pauschalurlaub, sondern ein großartiger Ort für besondere Anlässe und zum Genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Andreas & Nathalie L.

Wir waren ein Nacht hier. Der Empfang war nicht so toll. Man hat nicht das Gefühl das sich das Hotel freut. Zimmer war gut, Essen war auch gut. Alles in allem ok.

The room with view over the Rhine met our expectations. The wellness center was disappointing. The steam bath had no steam, the pool was very dirty around the edges, the floor was slippery, and there was only one changing cabin for all visitors. The drinks menu in the restaurant had a considerable choice of wine, but minimalist non-alcoholic drinks. At breakfast, the jams were infested with drosophila.

Même si l’hôtel est beau et la restauration excellente, le spa s’est avéré très décevant : 5 transats en tout au bord de la piscine, et l’unique douche du sauna en panne… le hammam quant à lui fonctionnait de manière aléatoire. Par ailleurs, une boite de mouchoirs et un gel douche vides dans la salle de bain de la chambre.
