Skønt hotel ,men service til i reception meget ringe. Kunne sparsomt engelsk. Kunne ikke hjælpe mht ski mv. Servering i resturant meget ringe, sad længe uden servering

My partner and I spent five days in the hotel. We had both positive and negative experiences. We didn't like the following: - the ladies at reception seemed quite listless. - The daily cleaning unfortunately left something to be desired (1st floor) - No luggage service We found it very good: - The dinner tastes excellent and the portions are also sufficient - the breakfast is also OK, although not as high quality as that Dinner - the pool area is tidy and clean - there is always supervision - no people under 16 are allowed in the sauna - the sauna session is great, daily changing scents and fruits afterwards - sauna master very professional All in all we have it felt very comfortable.

I am really shocked to learn that this hotel is a 4 star one, as staying there makes you feel it's even better than 5 star hotels. Staff are amazing and they treat guests super nice and for sure make you feel at home. Shout out to the lady at the reception mainly night shifts (with glasses) as she went beyond normal customer service, and I should say the same for the creek guy at the resturant along with Wisam as well. The food is better than 7 star hotels... Hats off to the chef. Super staff and super hotel.

Overall we were very satisfied! What we liked best was that everything in the pool and sauna area was very clean. Unfortunately, we have had bad experiences in other hotels. Great attention is paid to cleanliness in the Cesta Grand spa area! An absolute plus point! My wife noticed that the lifeguard, an energetic young man, always greeted not only us but all guests in a good mood. He spread a good atmosphere and had a kind word for every guest - the heart of the house, so to speak. We really liked the warmth and friendliness! We originally wanted to book half board, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. A pity. Otherwise we always enjoy dining in “our” holiday hotel. In retrospect, it wasn't a big deal because we found a great restaurant nearby. We were able to eat well there every day.

Alles sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne geräumige Zimmer. Frühstück und Abendessen ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch die Saunalandschaft und das Schwimmbad sind einen Besuch wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Im Cesta Grand war alles wie angeboten und gebucht! Das Essen (Halbpension) war perfekt und richtig lecker, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das gesamte (!) Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die Kellner*Innen. Service perfekt! Schwimmbad und Sportmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Direkt am Hotel liegt die Bushaltestelle, sodass man das Auto nicht zwingend benötigt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen (wenn die Preise passen 😉).
