This was the second time we visited Mondi at Bad Gastein on an RCI exchange. The room is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We got a balcony with a nice view and were very satisfied with our room. The service from the hotel and staff are perfect. There was a shuttle to the lift station Stubnerkugel or the railway station for 3 Euro/person. You could also go by shuttle to their restaurant Bellevue Alm for 2 euro/person. The hotel has a SPA with pools and saunas that are free of charge during your stay.

We stayed for 7 nights. The mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable - beddings, temperature, sufficiently equipped kitchen, strong wifi. Buffet breakfast was delicious with wide spread and good service Very pleasant and helpful reception upon check-in and throughout our stay. Special thanks to Alain for making us feel so welcomed and giving us useful information about the area. We enjoyed the Tuesday Director's welcome session. Bathroom shower could be stronger. A starter tea/coffee pack would be a nice welcome to the unit. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

sehr schöne Anlage, gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Pools und Saunalandschaft, Frühstück und Abendessen nicht genutzt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe es könnten mehr Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen!

Tolles Hotel - super Service Zimmer sehr edel eingerichtet Lage zum Skigebiet gut Es verkehrt ein Hotelshuttle. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die täglichen Saunaaufgüsse mit Yanosch 👍🏼🥰- die muss man erlebt haben! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder🫶🏼

Schönes Hotel mit toller Sicht über Bad Gastein. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Die beiden Saunen und das Dampfbad waren sehr sauber und es herrschte eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Indoorpool war gepflegt und relativ groß und auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Toll um nach dem Wandern zu entspannen. Das Buffet morgens und abends war vielfältig und von prima Qualität. Meist gab es auch einige, leckere österreichische Spezialitäten. Damit der Andrang zu den Essenszeiten etwas entfernt wurde gab es gestaffelt Essenszeiten, die gerade für Familien mit Kinder angenehm sind. Die Appartments sind gut geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Auch für Hunde gut geeignet. Ein sehr schöner Herbsturlaub.

Great staff and wonderful location! The town had plenty of very good restaurants and the Elm was a special take, food was excellent and the sled ride down a great way to end the evening. We walked to everything the town had to offer, a bit of a climb sometimes but who's in a hurry, sure would go back! Hotel also had a ski locker room/with boot warming racks!

Die Anlage ist im Art Deco Stil ausgestattet. Diesen findet man direkt in der Lobby. Hier wird man von freundlichen Mitarbeiter*innen direkt begrüßt und einfach und schnell eingecheckt. Ein Parkplatz ist auch mit dabei.
