Basically a beautiful house! The inviting entrance area is a success. The staff in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were very attentive (thanks Nicole). The food was very good. Some of the evening creations were too creative for me. The salad buffet was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had almost everything except margarine. Sometimes the warm things (vegetables, etc.) were not refilled and the names were wrong, but that's not a bad thing. The childcare was excellent!!! Every child (including our toddler) would love to stay in a children's land like this. Thanks to the loving team. The spa area is really luxurious and suitable for everyone! Be it with water slides, sports pool, indoor pool, toddler pool, sauna, etc... The family suite was very nice, even if it is suboptimal to have a glass door in the bathroom. Frosted glass would help. The sliding doors could not close completely either, so you always had a beam of light from the other room. Now the drawback, considering the price. The family suite was only ever equipped for 2 adults (towels, bathrobes, coffee cup, glasses and ordered welcome drink) - even though it was booked for 3 adults and a toddler. I also thought it was a shame that there was no tea available in the room. The arrival was strange. You felt lost and had to look for everything. We arrived at 11:30 a.m., but we had let them know. We didn't know where our luggage belonged, what to do with the ski equipment, etc. The room card didn't work for the ski locker. I had to leave everything in front of it, quickly went to the room and asked at reception. They said that this can happen, but they would put my things away. Unfortunately, this hadn't happened even after 4 hours. Checking out: since we were still skiing and our child was in daycare until 1 p.m., we asked how much it would cost to extend the stay for 2 hours: €175! We didn't do that. It wasn't even possible to extend the ski locker. Basically a beautiful hotel, but the problem is the service. Other 5-star hotels are far ahead in this regard.
