Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schade, dass der Service im Restaurant am Samstag so überfordert war. Lag natürlich am vollen Haus. Aber etwas weniger Hektik wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Dann passieren auch keine Fehler. ganz besonders gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Alles super von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Ich komme sicher wieder. Hervorragend geschlafen, lecker gegessen und ein super Frühstück. Vielen Dank an das herzliche Personal. Die Chefin hat sich persönlich um die Gäste gekümmert wo findet man das heute noch?

Beautiful hotel in a safe mountain area. Gret for hiking and spending active time with kids. The staff is very friendly and the food was excellent.

Recommend this hotel if you are visiting Schwartswald. Supersweet Wood-hotel in a small village. The hotel has supergood food, resturant, personell, and nice modern rooms.
We were happy with our visit and no complains!

Chambre refaite avec style, salle de bain vieillotte avec rideau de douche dans la baignoire pas très agréable. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuner parfait (produit frais et locaux). Dîner très bon. Calme en bordure de la nature

Great hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Restaurant was great and the Portuguese chef was really nice! Food was great. My only complaint was the bathrooms were a little dated and had a bad smell, but it was still an overall great stay!

Passen Sie auf, wenn Sie ein Zimmer reservieren. Es gibt schöne, moderne Zimmer, wie auf der Website dargestellt, aber unser Zimmer, war ein Schuhkarton, mit einem sehr alten braun-gefliesten, Mini-Badezimmer. Das Zimmer war lieblos, max. 10qm groß und uncharmant. Die bei der Rezeption offen angesprochene Enttäuschung über das Zimmer wurde lediglich mit dem Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer inkl. Aufpreis entgegengenommen. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, aber offensichtlich unterbesetzt und eher unprofessionell. Das Essen war ok. Der Saunabereich ebenfalls aber offensichtlich war auch hier nicht ausreichend Personal vorhanden, so dass es am Abend keine Handtücher gab, die leeren Wasserflaschen überall herumstanden und wir die Sauna somit nicht nutzen konnten/wollten. Ich werde es nicht weiter empfehlen und dort sicher keinen weiteren Aufenthalt planen.
