Vroeger meermaals geweest, toen gerund door Fam Roth en dat was top, restaurant ook super destijds, helaas na faillissement door Corona nu overgenomen en nu na 4 jaar weer geopend , meteen weer eens geweest met motorrit. Tijd stil gestaan en nooit meer iets aan de zaak gedaan. Alles erg slecht, onhygiënisch en echt gewoon smerig, vooral het zwembad en de fitness beneden. Geen restaurant meer en bij ontbijt kakkerlakken bij de broodjes. Receptie bestond enkel een slecht Engels sprekende Pakistaan of Indiër.

Für diesen Preis kann man kein 5-Sterne Hotel erwarten. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Das Frühstück Buffet war ausreichend und vielfältig. Während unserem Aufenthalt erfolgte kein Zimmerservice (Betten machen, Handtücher wechseln). Die asiatischen Reisegruppen veranstalteten morgens bereits um 06.30 Uhr einen Höllen Lärm. (Herumschreien, Türen zu knallen, auf dem Gang herum rennen...)

The manager and every single member were incredible! Every small favor we asked for they found a way to help our group. The dinner was superb. The breakfast was very complete and fresh. The lady who bakes the breads was just the most wonderful professional. We loved this team and all they do. And you have to love the view of the mountains and the church bells ringing down the valley.

The rooms are decent with nice beds and clean bathrooms. The staff was so lovely and welcoming when we walked, we were greeted ever so nicely. And the facilities (including the swimming pool!) are great, the only problem was the downstairs smelt like cigarettes.
