"* We made a reservation for 1 night [arrival Aug 10] for a superior suite. * However on our way to your hotel we got notified from home that there was a personal emergency which forced us to drive home immediately without our planned overnight in Austria. * We called immediately your hotel to cancel our reservation. * Reception confirmed that there would be a cancellation fee of 120 Euro due to late cancellation. However upon verification of your payments we noticed that the full amount was charged i.e. 246.60 Euro. NO REACTION ON ANY MAIL FROM THE HOTEL !"

"Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Jufa Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations due to several issues, with the most significant being the unavailability of the sauna. Before booking, I specifically chose your hotel because of its advertised wellness facilities, including the sauna. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I could not use it. No prior notice was given about this, and no clear explanation was provided when I inquired. This was extremely disappointing, as the sauna was one of the main reasons for my choice, and I feel that I did not receive the service I paid for. Additionally, the room I was given did not match the description on your website. It was much smaller than advertised, and some amenities were missing. The furniture appeared worn out, and the overall cleanliness did not meet the standards I expected. Furthermore, I was quite surprised by the attitude of your staff. I found them to be unhelpful and not particularly welcoming. Hospitality is a crucial part of any hotel experience, and I was disappointed to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Another issue I encountered was with housekeeping. While the cleaning staff did come in to make the bed, they did not replace the towels, even though they were clearly used and left in a way that indicated they needed changing. This lack of attention to detail added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, my stay at Jufa Hotel was far from what I had anticipated. I believe that if a service is advertised, it should be available, and if a problem arises, guests should be informed in advance. Additionally, proper customer service and housekeeping standards should be maintained at all times. "Very recommended accommodation! All staff and the boss are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Our room was large and very clean. The wellness area is great. A spacious skiing kelder with heated ski shoe stacks is available. Location is very quiet and super (for us skiers)! because the ski bus is running right in front of the door."

"We are extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. After our stay, my autistic son's smart watch was accidentally left at the hotel. The hotel confirmed that the watch had been found. Since then, we have spent months trying to arrange its return. We repeatedly offered to pay all mailing costs and did everything we could to make the process as easy as possible. Anyone can accidentally leave something behind while travelling. The real problem was the complete lack of willingness to help resolve the situation afterwards. During our communication, the hotel's position was essentially that since we were the ones who had left the watch behind, helping to return it was not their concern. We never asked the hotel to take responsibility for our mistake. We only asked for assistance in returning a found item, while offering to cover all costs associated with sending the parcel. This watch was especially important because it belonged to my autistic son and played an important role in helping him maintain his daily routine and sense of structure. We explained this, hoping it would encourage a more understanding and compassionate response. Unfortunately, it made no difference. For a hospitality business, empathy and customer care should not end at checkout. We are not upset because a mistake happened; we are upset because a simple and reasonable solution was repeatedly refused despite our willingness to cover all associated costs. This experience left us feeling ignored and disappointed. Based on the way this matter was handled, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again."

"Nice spacious appartments. We had one with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sport shop and rent in the building. Great location right on the slope. Delicious meals in the restaurant also in the building. Swimmingpool and sauna. Nice kids area. Various skiing options."

"This has been undoubtedly the best ski hotel i have ever been fortunate enough to stay in. The food has been outstanding, service excellent, location is superb. The kids ski school is a lesson to companies like the ESF on how kids ski schools should be run. Instructors were very good and friendly. My son had a race and won a medal. He was super happy. We are sad to be leaving"
