Nice locarion

I had the pleasure of spending a few days at the Hotel Maridin in Mardin and can recommend it without reservation. We received a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The staff were extremely helpful - especially Serif, who took care of our luggage and drove our car safely to the hotel's own parking lot. His support made our stay stress-free from the start. The hotel is not only beautiful, but also very well equipped. A baby bed was provided for us immediately without us having to ask for it - great service! Special praise also goes to Ms. Bahar at the reception. She gave us a warm welcome, was very accommodating at check-out and also helped us to reserve a restaurant in the evening. Her friendliness and professionalism made our stay particularly pleasant. Overall, I can say that the Hotel Maridin impresses in every respect - from the first-class service to the beautiful ambience to the central location in Mardin. For me, the best hotel in town!

The room was large, comfortable, clean and tidy, the service at the front desk and restaurant was very good. The hotel is very close to the Archaeological Museum, shopping mall, and there are many dining options nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a large shopping mall nearby. There is a food street in the shopping mall, which closes at ten o'clock in the evening. There are a lot of parking spaces, and the twin or triple bed (one sofa bed) rooms are large and clean. However, when booking on trip.com, it showed that breakfast was purchased for 1.1 euros. In fact, the front desk informed that it was about 25 euros per person, which resulted in no reservation. Book a room with breakfast

The hotel is nice and clean but unfortunately the floors and rooms smell of cigarettes.

I do not find it right for Zeynep at the SPA to address customers from a distance and I would like to state that I am disturbed by this. We request that she take another course/lesson on how to communicate with customers in order to report it to customer services. Other than that, the hotel was clean and spacious.

My choice would be the same hotel again. It has a good location, there is a car park…..

The service is very good. It is located next to Piazza shopping mall. We left happily. Only the refrigerator was not cooling at all, other than that there was no problem. They have smiling staff. I recommend it.
