Je travaille sur un projet qui nécessite de recevoir une personne dans la journée pour finaliser celui ci. L'hôtel m'a interdit de recevoir dans ma chambre quelques heures dans la journée. C'est inadmissible car je dois aller travailler dans un café alors que j'ai choisi cet hôtel pour avoir le confort d'un bureau dans ma chambre. Ils ont été très désagréable et ont demandé à mon contact de sortir de la chambre en pleine journée alors que nous étions en réunion. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour pour y aller travailler.

Das Nevali Hotel war gut ausgestattet modern und sehr sauber.Der Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich .Das Frühstück war grosse Auswahl und frisch.Das Swimmingpool hat meiner Erwartung erfüllt.Das Zimmer Ausstattung ist optimal auch die Sanitärausstattung vom feinsten.

Don’t be put off by the negative comments, this was a wonderful stay. The staff could not be more accommodating, from the front door, reception, waiters and cleaners. One or 2 do speak English well.
The rooms are huge, WiFi worked well, breakfast was decent. Surrounding area is great with a supermarket next door, a small outlet across the road, many shops and eateries and best of all a lovely walk to main areas including the fish lake and cave of hzr Ibrahim.

I just enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor terrace only.
The hotel service is terrible and only one waiter can speak English. The receptionist asked me for a USD 100.00 as deposit upon checking in and as I check out, they claimed that they did not receive any cash money and got ripped off. I sent an email to the management and asked a local friend to go back to the hotel manager and ask for my money back, but they denied recieving any cash. We even invited them to check their CCTV camera and see if I paid the money, they refused.

The hotel is absolutely overpriced. pillows, covers, and bed sheets are wornout. I could have gotten a better place for the price I paid.
