The hotel was stylish and the staff was friendly. I made a mistake and double-booked my reservation, and it was not possible to cancel on the Trip.com site, but thanks to the kindness of the hotel, I was able to cancel.

The hotel is generally very good in terms of price and performance. I liked it very much. It is 3 minutes walking distance from Urfa Balıklı Lake. I came from Adana and stayed there. If I come again, I would choose this place again. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

***et temiz, ***et rahat çok güzel bir otel deneyimiydi. Kahvaltıyı çok beğendik. Çalışanlar her açıdan çok yardımcı oldular, çok güler yüzlü ve anlayışlılardı. Konumu çok güzeldi, zaten Balıklıgöl'e 0 denecek kadar yakında, onun dışında da gezilerden dönerken hep çarşıda gezebildik. 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde de otobüs durağı var. Güzel bir Şanlıurfa gezisi için kesinlikle düşünülecek bir otel.

Öncelikle otelde 2.konaklamam çok beğendiğim bir oteldi. Bu konaklamam da bazı olumsuz olaylar yaşandı. 16 günotelde konakladım hergün oda ücretimi ve ekstra ücretlerimi ödememe rağmen resepsiyondaki kadın personel 11den önce oda arayıp devam edilip edilmeyeceğini sordu her defasında ki ben uzatma yapmama rağmen. Daha sonra tekrar arayıp mutlaka 12de ödeme yapmanız gerekli dedi ben ise bile isteye 2de yapsam olmaz mı dediğimde hayır olmaz cevabını aldım. Yine bir gün tekrar oda arayıp ücret istedi. Maalesef ki misafir portföyü anlamayan tecrübesiz bir personel. Diğer resepsiyon arkadaşlar daha yardımcı ilgili alakalıydı onlara teşekkür ederim. Restorandaki personeller de ***et samimi güler yüzlü idi, Sabah kahvaltıda olan aşçının omlet ister misiniz sorusu ilgisi alakası çok hoştu.

I paid in advance for an executive suite. En route, I get a message from the hotel, saying that room was not available, but I would receive a suite with a balcony. I messaged the hotel to see if they would provide an airport transfer in lieu of the downgraded room… No response. At check in I received what I believe to be a regular suite NO balcony and no offer to compensate for the downgrade.
