I have very rarely experienced the warmth of service that we experienced here. From the time we arrived and were greeted at the start of the road to help us with our luggage, we felt like family. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfasts were fantastic. We only had to ask, and they would be ready to help with anything.

The hotel was beautiful and offered everything we needed. They were helpful in getting us airport shuttles and taxis to the things we wanted to see. Breakfast was delicious. It was a brief but lovely stop on our vacation.

We stayed for 1 night in April. We stayed in the family room. Room comfort ***et good. There is Wi-Fi in the room. The TV also connects to the internet. The breakfast was very good. The staff are very polite and helpful. It was very nice to be served tea, coffee and fruit plates in the courtyard at night. Walking distance to the city center. You can't get there by car. They have an agreement with the parking lot and they come there and take your belongings. I definitely recommend it. The children also felt very comfortable.

The hotel is within walking distance to Balıklı Lake and the bazaar, it is clean and the staff are friendly, they have a very good breakfast, it is not an open buffet, the room is small but clean and adequate. It would have been nice if the Urfa Museum was also open, but it was still a nice holiday.
