Holiday hotel in a slightly odd location. But rooms are new and large. We had a good stay. Ideal for groups or single nights.

BEWARE HOTEL WILL OVER BOOK CAUSING YOU TO NOT GET THE ROOM YOU PAID FOR. They gave our double queen bed to someone else and only offered a king with a pull out as compensation Not ideal at all for the price you pay as the fold old is extremely uncomfortable and ruined the trip.

Very nice to stay

This is a very clean hotel. The service is good and coffee and tea are free. There is a small breakfast menu, but the selection changes every day. The lobby and breakfast area are both open outside of meal times, so you can buy dinner and eat it there. It is close to the airport, although you have to drive there. There is no laundry.

All aspects are OK

Nice hotel with breakfast included (lots of choices with protein - yeah). Great lobby for gathering, eating, and working. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Not too far from food choices

Very clean especially the bedding and towels. Just one complain the water from shower head is not strong.

Breakfast people were exceptional, as well as desk. Room was great except for outdoor sound as well as doors slamming. Bathroom automatic light should be removed or able to shut off for nighttime use of bathroom. Also showerehead had no pressure.

Nice, new facility, very friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars except the bathroom light uses a motion detector so in the middle of the night you get blinded (even though there was a night light) and the breakfast was just ok (quite typical fair and poor breads, but coffee was good).

Best hotel to stay for volleyball tournaments! Close to the San Mateo Event Center. Close to a lot groceries stores and eateries. The hotel was clean and had a lot of amenities. Free 🆓 parking and breakfast!

Very nice hotel. It's a newer hotel, so things are in great shape. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. My only complaint is the shower head. It's so light flowing that it's difficult to rinse off body and especially hair.

New, clean, bright. Ethnic neighborhood plaza not to my culinary liking, but other options not far away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Was great last minute volunteer trip for nonprofit. Let us know if you’d like to comp us. Wish parking was better and safer for late night with two ladies, but place was great.

Pros - excellent customer services, staffs working at front desks are very welcoming (with good smiles) and they always try their best to help/ accommodate to your requests - very clean and tidy, the place was newly built and the bed was very comfortable - free parking + have charging pods outside of the hotel for Tesla Cons - cleaning was not up to standards, they provide cleaning services every other day, I was there for 5 nights, the day when they were supposed to be cleaning the room, the bathroom was still dirty (especially the toilet) and they did not vacuum the room either Other than that, it’s all good : )
