Surprised not to find shampoo etc in room or silverware when there is a kitchen. . Unprepared. Appreciated the laundry.

They apparently don't have a nighttime front desk clerk. The person who gave me my key did not check me all the way in, which meant that I could not get Wi-Fi. I had to spend 15 minutes talking to tech support from the ISP in order to get Wi-Fi turned on.
Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, or hand lotion in the room. A sign said that shampoo was available from the front desk.

Overall was a good stay. Just wished there was a little better water pressure in the shower. Other than that, would recommend.

The staffs, Daisy and Walter were nice and very helpful !!
Just one guy who was night shift, he closed the lobby and no responses when we needed help at night!
