Visita al resort dove ero già stata. Sempre più curato e ricco di colori e di verde. La piscina ai piedi di un Etna fumante. Cena al ristorante delle sette fontane. Mitico il risotto di Elia Russo a parte il resto. Grande raffinatezza nei particolari, il personale gentile, esperto e sempre pronto a intervenire. È una esperienza visiva e gustativa particolare. Ci torniamo sempre affascinati e le nostre aspettative non vengono deluse.

De ligging van het hotel is super, landelijk, met uitzicht op de Etna. Zoutwaterzwembad heel fijn. Het eten in het 12 Fontane restaurant is een ster waardig, echt pure verwennerij! Eigen wijn is erg lekker, Neri arrigo Etna blanco doc 2022. Mooie omgeving, veel groen. Hygiëne is zeer hoog.

Wonderful. This place is like heaven on earth. Beautiful setting at the bottom of mount Etna, wonderful garden with huge swimming pool. The staff is so friendly and caring for the guests. We have enjoyed every single minute of our stay. Impressive breakfast buffet and some light dishes available in the afternoon at the pool. Only downside for us, is the impossibility to have dinner at the hotel, since in the evening only the gourmet menus are available. Some alternative menu and a la carte - with local dishes would have been very welcome. Now forced to take the car and drive into Linguaglossa for dinner. A pity.

Ein tolles Anwesen mit hervorragendem Frühstück und hilfsbereiten, freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Hotel verfügt über genügend Parkmöglichkeiten und liegt gut für Ausflüge an den Nordhang des Ätna und nach Taormina. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen.

Overall, I enjoyed the service offered. We spend the day at the resort for my sis bday. The spa was small but will all confort, an additional space where to relax and enjoy the tea would have been nice but like i said it was a small. The massage was decent, i would just advise to have in the protocol to ask what massage pressure the client prefer and if the guest has any medical problem, but i was satisfied! The 12 fontane restaurant was really good. I looooved it!!! The plates were sooo delicious and they served ingredients from their house farm that for me was an absolute cherry on the cake! The personnel was all welcoming and trying to do anything they could to make you have a wonderful experience! I would definitely go back

Truly luxurious stay in the junior suite. Fabulously comfortable bed and large en suite bathroom with bespoke double sink and enormous bath with jakuzzi option. Option of rainfall or waterfall shower was interesting but water wasn’t contained to the shower area and oozed into the bathroom area. There was also an interesting full sized window from the bath/ shower area to the bedroom! Breakfast was included and exceptional: fresh fruit, fresh bread every day and everything you could possibly imagine on offer. Beautiful well maintained gardens, expansive seated areas outside with large clean salt pool. Spa facilities and optional treatments were available too. A car was necessary, I would say as there is no public transport nearby.

Excellent stay all around. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious, service impeccable. I needed an iron and it was delivered in 1 minute. Rooms a bit quirky with unnecessary features such as a glass view of the shower and bath from the bedroom. But food and service overrode this. Also it is beautiful.

We arrived on the morning around 830am and met with a staff at front desk which was totally uninterested in us We had forgotten to confirm an Etna tour but nobody cared. It was our mistake fair enough but service would require to at least try to find a solution We called directly ourselves the tour company and luckily enough two people had cancelled so we could make it. We went for a great tour from 10 am to 5pm Upon our return we discovered the room It was, no offense for disabled people, a specially designed room for wheelchair. This means that the bathroom was with a much higher toilet than classical, a much lower sink and a special shower … Needless to say that with higher than normal toilet, you cannot properly do what you have to do on a normal toilet… We asked to change room and received a charming NO ! We asked if they could upgrade us given the situation and we were told this is normal as Italian authority ask for one disabled room So no toilet tonight and back pain for shaving and teeth cleaning and shrunk shower zone … Will never come back Spread the word
