소렌토 시내와는 조금 떨어져있지만 너무도 만족스러웠던 호텔. 바다가 보이는 객실에서 행복을 느꼈던 곳.

Consigliati da un caro amico, abbiamo prenotato 3 notti al Villa Crawford di Sant’agnello e siamo stati davvero bene. La camera quadrupla che ci hanno assegnato è a picco sul mare ed ha una vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Napoli. Letti comodi, bagno e struttura puliti e ordinati. La Villa è un ex istituto religioso con un bel parco, in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Il personale è molto gentile. Sant’Agnello è ad un paio di chilometri dal porto di Sorrento, base ideale per escursioni in costiera amalfitana e Capri. Inoltre è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della circumvesuviana che permette di andare a Sorrento, Pompei, Napoli con i mezzi pubblici, senza code e onerosi costi di parcheggio. L’unico neo del soggiorno è stata la colazione, rovinata da caffè e cappuccino di pessima qualità. Pare che la società che gestisce la colazione sia diversa da quella che gestisce l’hotel e purtroppo si nota la differenza. Mi auguro che la sfilza di commenti negativi sulla colazione induca i proprietari della struttura a prendere provvedimenti. Basterebbe davvero poco per meritarsi una valutazione 5 su 5 perché la Villa è davvero splendida.

Le site est extraordinaire avec une vue sur tout la baie de Naples et le Vésuve, et un jardin magnifique. Le restaurant Nazare est au niveau. Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit si décevant (pas de chaud, pas de toaster, café lyophilisé…), il tranche avec le reste. De même les chambres sont meublées de façon minimaliste, type cité universitaire. Mais le site l’emporte quand même sur ces faiblesses.

Absolutely stunning views from the property and the staff are so warm and friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay and would definitely return. The room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Cocktails on the terrace overlooking the bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius was superb and the fact you get to watch the sunset into the sea every night was a fantastic bonus.
